We had the good fortune of connecting with Anthony Walton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anthony, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe that success is relevant to how a person defines them being successful and how success is measured. I define success based on my ability to live freely. Taking care of my family and spending quality time with my friends. One of the other factors is measuring my business, daily. Each day is a success as long as you are moving forward or laterally. Whether these moves are big or small, making each step count. My faith, integrity and work ethic is what has gotten me this far. In a world full of smoke and mirrors; doing what I say and keeping my word in agreements both on paper or by a simple old school handshake means the world to most individuals. I don’t do business with individuals or entities where there are concerns of lack of trust. Being able to avoid headaches are just as important as creating bona fide business relationships.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are a Local and Minority owned bottled water company from Phoenix that sources our product out of Sedona, Arizona. We have zero additives and preservatives and are currently in 77+ locations throughout the valley. These locations range from gas stations, malls, restaurants, food marts, salons, smoke shops and a couple of grocery stores. Our company and product have huge ties with the communities in which we do business. We sponsor sports teams, such as the ABA’s Arizona’s Flames, four Dirt Track Race Cars, Dirt Bikes, Cyclists, body builders and have been the sponsored hydration for major events throughout the valley such as Urban Splash 21 at the Scarizona Fairgrounds, The Arizona and Las Vegas Cannabis Awards and Music Fest as well as the Campensina’s Tardeada Del Pueblo 2022 at the Milwaukee Brewers Stadium. Being that our water is filtered organically through the earth and truly untouched in the way of chemicals and additives, we are an optimum choice for pure hydration. Our most recent partnership is with Tommy Chong’s Green Tours LA. Icebreakers Water is available for purchase on these tour buses. We are absolutely the underdog in the water industry with the added fact that we are under franchised. Getting to this point was far from easy. I don’t just work “Office Hours”. I am not a sales person or just a delivery driver. I am a hustler. It’s not about creating a paycheck today, yet a lifestyle in the future. My team is the definition of grit. I over come challenges by talking to other like minded “strong” individuals. I take time to remember why I started this business in the first place. I lean on my support base, and I listen to those that are offering wise advise. A major lesson I have learned a long the way is to be careful about paying companies for memberships to network. Be selectful of who you network with and what events you attend. Remember, time is an expensive resource and you want your every move to have a positive impact on your overall bottom line.

The Icebreakers brand was established during the pandemic as a form of entertainment produced by us randomly checking in on total strangers. Breaking the ice by simply saying hello and striking up conversations that encompassed a multitude of lifestyles. You can view the Icebreakers Show on the Roku Channel, IcebreakersTV.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Lately, the coolest things I’ve been up to that I would share with an out of town visitor is Rock Springs, AZ. We would all hop on one of the Icebreaker’s RVs and travel the short distance to Rock Springs and grab some of their world famous pie! From there we’d head to Canyon Raceway out near Lake Pleasant to watch “Derek Hudson” on his dirt bike and then watch his dad “Chad Stewart” in his modified race car, both of which we sponsor.

Since we’d already be in the RV, we may chill out for the night and wake up at sunrise to do some off roading with our own dirt bikes, heck, we may event shoot another episode of the Icebreakers Show for our Roku Channel “IcebreakersTV”.

Another spot I heard off and would like to try is “A Bacon Bar”, at Mountain Shadows Resort, with bacon that’s dipped in different things. That would be an excellent new treat to explore. Since the Arizona State Fair is in town, we would go support our other driver #22, “Allen Hakes” at the Figure 8 Races.”

There is are a couple cool restaurants that I have been frequenting over the years… Hanny’s and the Cornish Pasty Company. Both of which are located in Central Phoenix. If we are out on the Westside, and the hunger hits, we’d stop at one of the best taco trucks I know, Tacos Al Pastor.

First Friday’s down on Roosevelt Rd is always a good time and there are also several local open air markets where someone could find not only good eats, but also great gifts and souvenirs.

Here in Arizona, there is a lot to offer in the way of entertainment and sight seeing, it all depends on the mood. We are home to the renowned Saltmine Studios, which is filled with historic and vintage artifacts and have the most awesome views, from the 3rd floor of the Kimpton Hotel Palomar. Heck, we may even go pop up on my guy Rascal at 101.1 the Beat and have an amazing conversation at the radio station.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to take this opportunity to give a shout out to my parents, both biological and step-parents for their continued support and encouragement. My mother Deborah and my father Tony groomed the characteristics of dedication, family, a strong work ethic with integrity with my faith being the basis of my strength.

I would like to give a warm shoutout my wife Sabrina Walton. I am constantly inspired by her strength as a mother, corporate professional and her focus of achieving her own goals.

I would like to also thank my team with the Icebreakers Brand, Will, Rob and Dejenaie Williams.

Last I want to give a shoutout to all the communities of Arizona that have embraced the Icebreakers Lifestyle and brand. We support the local communities and they have in return supported us.

Thank you!
