We had the good fortune of connecting with Judie Bicknell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Judie, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
That your diagnosis or your symptoms should not be your focus on getting well. The root cause is the key to finding a solution. Fix the root cause then the symptoms and the diagnosis disappears.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
One of the biggest differences you will find with me is that I start with the body’s genetic blueprint. A simple DNA test to identify the weaknesses and holes in your genetic blueprint, then help support the body by giving it what it is missing and allow it to heal itself. I am excited to be able to combine science and nature to have great results.
It was not easy to get where I am today. It took years of trial and error on my own personal journey of dis-ease to find the answers that nobody else seemed to have. Being able to give people answers that they never had, and seeing their health make great improvements is all the joy in the world to me. Never settle for not having the answers. You just have to look harder. The answers are out there. When you find the answers you have to choose to take the actions necessary to have the health you always wanted.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Of course, if it’s my best friend, the first place we’d go is the beach, a day of rest and recovery to get ready for the exciting week to come. We would dine at the Cliff restaurant overlooking the ocean, having our favorite lunch, then a walk through all the amazing little shops and art galleries of Laguna. Next we would spend the day at Disneyland, enjoying all the fun and excitement of being a kid again. Then we’d head down south to San Diego where we would spend the day along the beach, enjoying all the atmosphere and go kayaking out in the ocean to the sea caves. Spend the next day to lounge on the beach soaking up the sunshine. Of course we would have to cruise across the ocean to Catalina to explore all the little shops and take in the sites. Back across the ocean for another day on the beach and sand followed by a wonderful dinner at one of our favorite Italian restaurants overlooking the water. Lots of time to catch up and soak up the Sun and have some Fun.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shout out to my good friend, Michelle Kuei, for not giving up on me no matter how blonde my moments were. My two favorite books for anyone would have to be, The Magic of Thinking Big and The Having.
