We had the good fortune of connecting with Mike Phalan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mike, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Sharing my passion for music and reliving the concert experience in the comfort of your own living room with others.

What should our readers know about your business?
I believe that our relationships with hat we build with our customers as well as our partners has been wonderful. I would want people to know that the customer’s experience is the most important to us.
I’ve lived my life treating people the way I want to be treated. Plain and simple.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well, New Mexico is known for the great food. So for sure a traditional NM meal. We also have an amazing art community and the famous Santa Fe opera, along with being in the oldest and most historic town in America. In addition we are in the Rocky Mountains and everything that goes with living in a mountain town, ie hot springs, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and breathing fresh air.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Well for sure I have modeled Chief Joseph of the Nieze Pierce Native Americans. He like Martin Luther King Jr. lived their lives with treating people with dignity, respect, and compassion. In addition Gary Vaynerchuk has been a key aspect of helping me to build my business as well as helping me to become a better person and enjoy the journey.
