Meet Gotta Try It Gretchen, Laura, Allison | Content Creators

We had the good fortune of connecting with Gotta Try It’s Gretchen, Laura, Allison and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Gotta Try It, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
We are three working moms with eight children between us. The work-life balance challenge is real. When we first began working as influencers, we’d find ourselves scrambling to get things done when our kids were asleep, at school or occupied with an activity. That made little room for balance as there was no downtime to recharge. Over the years we’ve learned that time blocking “work” is truly the best way to get it all done and not feel overwhelmed. Even if it overlaps into times when the kids are around, that’s okay. They know we’re working and modeling what hard work looks like is a positive thing. But it is truly important to come up with a system that works for you to balance personal and work. It’s all about time management and being in tune with what you need personally. When things feel heavy on the work side, we put down our phones. Taking a walk, cooking, spending one on one time with our husbands or kiddos is necessary to fill up that bucket.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In the world of Content Creators we are unique because we are three women over 40 years old and some of us are closer to 50. Most influencers are singular people and younger in age. Being a trio over 40 sets us apart from others. We got where we are today by consistent, hard work and fostering our relationships with our clients. Whether they are local businesses or national brands, we set out to give everyone our best. We overcome challenges by surrounding ourselves with people who are experts that can help us through. We’ve learned that tuning into our instincts is one of our most powerful tools. We want the world to know that life after 40 years old might come with challenges but it’s full of so much goodness and fun.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would share our Phoenix and Scottsdale Travel Guide with them for sure!

We could do so many things but staying at The Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, getting a few great hikes in and eating on the patio at Lon’s nearby would be a great start to the itinerary.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our Gotta Try It Community and followers! Without them we’d be nowhere. They support us, share what we do and we communicate with them on the daily. We love and appreciate our loyal following.
