Meet Pleasure Cult | Band

We had the good fortune of connecting with Pleasure Cult and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Pleasure, why did you pursue a creative career?
For some of us, pursuing anything creative has been very fulfilling even at a young age. Now that we’re older it only feels natural. As for the rest of us, it was never really intentional but what felt right in the moment only for it lead where we are now.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As silly as it seems; working really hard towards anything really can make a difference. While working hard we want to inspire others to do what the love the most be it creating, dancing, writing, etc.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We’d love to take our friends and loved ones to grab some coffee, maybe at Xanadu located right next to 7th street and Pierce in Downtown Phoenix. Afterwards we could walk over to Welcome Diner and grab a bite to eat! That area is perfect because there’s a great bottle shop that not only provides wine and beer but also house plants and crystals called Buena Vida. Afterwards if there’s a show happening at either Rebel Lounge or Trunkspace we’d probably hit that up.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost we want to address our music community in Phoenix, Arizona. We are forever thankful for the people, friends, fans, and collogues alike. We have been very lucky for all the opportunities that have been given to us and we honestly can’t wait to share with what is to come.
