We had the good fortune of connecting with Konstanza Kovalev-Brigden and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Konstanza, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of HOUSE OF TOUCH SPA is authenticity. We believe in creating real connections with our clients and understanding their unique needs. It’s not just about providing services; it’s about making everyone feel seen and valued. Our personalized treatments are all about real results, not just trends.

Our team of beauty pros is all about transparency and excellence. We stay true to our values and mission by creating a space of peace + comfort for everyone. This authenticity is what makes us stand out and keeps our clients coming back. Plus, we’ve made a positive impact on the self-care community by fostering a space where everyone can truly thrive and embrace their authentic selves.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
HOUSE OF TOUCH is all about
genuine connections. What sets us apart is our personalized approach to beauty + spa care, where every client feels individually seen and valued. I’m most proud of the community we’ve built and the positive impact we’ve had on people’s lives.

When we faced delays in construction, we shifted gears with our mobile spa RV and even opened a second location on the other side of the country. This journey made us realize that we don’t just have a business we can call our own; we have a full blown brand and spa family.

Our impact extends beyond just skincare. We focus on positively affecting the environment and our local communities. We make self-care more accessible through wellness classes and various partnerships. Seeing the smiles on people’s faces after our events is priceless.

HOUSE OF TOUCH is more than services and treatments; it’s a lifestyle, representing the new wave of self-care. And we’re just getting started!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We’d kick off with cocktails at AZ88, where the drinks are amazing and the vibe is just right. For food, Diego Pops is a must—their tacos are bomb. We’d also hit up The Mission for their incredible duck empanadas.

For some downtown vibes, we’d grab burgers at Bad Jimmy’s, a local fave. Maybe go to a show at Walter Where?house. A visit to the Phoenix Zoo is a must, especially since it’s where my hubby and I got married.

Shopping at Kierland Commons is always a fun lil outing. We’d also take some yoga and Pilates classes at Desert MVMT to stay active. And to beat the heat, we’d definitely do some cold plunging—sooooo refreshing! The perfect blend of fun, food, and relaxation.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to my incredible co-founder, Mariselle. You bring the sparkle to HOUSE OF TOUCH. Sydney, for being my right hand; and for believing in us every step of the way. A special thank you to Nancy, one of our founding partners and mission director, whose unwavering commitment and love keep us aligned with our mission and values.

To the Rooted Sol family and our amazing mentors, your wisdom, support, and spiritual guidance have been our foundation.

And to my loving husband Dylan, thanks for your constant support through all my long days and nights, and your belief in my wildest dreams.
