Hi Oscar, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My motivation to start my own business stemmed from a desire to make a positive impact on my local community and support my peers through their home buying journey. I recognized that while purchasing a first home is a significant milestone, the process can often be clouded by misinformation and confusion, which can detract from the experience.

My thought process in launching my business was centered on addressing these challenges head-on. I wanted to create a service that simplifies the home buying process and makes it as smooth and rewarding as possible for my clients. By prioritizing clear communication, personalized guidance, and a commitment to transparency, I aimed to alleviate the stress often associated with mortgages and empower clients to make informed decisions with confidence. Ultimately, my goal is to turn what can be a daunting experience into a fulfilling and exciting journey for each client.

What sets me apart in my career as a mortgage loan officer is my deep understanding of loan guidelines and my commitment to continuous improvement. Early on, I dedicated countless hours outside of work—whether it was before and after office hours or on weekends—to refining the loan process and staying updated on the latest guidelines. This ensures that nearly every application I handle is approved and closed successfully.

My goal has always been to act with integrity and to do right by each person who entrusts me with their home buying journey.

What I want the world to know about me and my brand is that my commitment goes beyond simply closing loans. It’s about creating a trustworthy and supportive environment where clients feel valued and well-informed. My story is one of dedication, continuous learning, and a deep-rooted passion for helping others achieve their homeownership dreams.

My biggest supporter of my career and in my life is my girlfriend, Lizbeth Barbosa Sanchez. She has been there since the beginning even prior to me starting my career and has been along every step of the way since.
