Meet Stephenie Cons | Licensed Esthetician providing skincare love in facials and body treatments

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephenie Cons and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stephenie, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I spent over 30 years in the corporate world, and when my Director was laid off that I really had respect for and enjoyed working for , I started really contemplating what I would do if I found myself in the same situation. Throughout my career, I had always had a passion for helping people look and feel beautiful, naturally—from the inside out. Growing up with skin issues made me especially passionate about this, and I knew it was something I truly cared about.
I realized that if I were laid off, I wouldn’t want to go back into the corporate world. I wanted to follow my passion, and this felt like the perfect opportunity to do so. In 2020, during the pandemic, I took the leap and went to school. It was a time when we all needed self-care more than ever, and I knew this was the right path for me.

What should our readers know about your business?
My goal has always been to offer a truly unique and personalized facial experience for each client—starting with the atmosphere. I’ve created a space that’s tranquil and calming, intentionally moving away from the typical clinical esthetic feel. The beach is my personal sanctuary—it’s where I feel most at peace—so I designed the environment to reflect that same sense of serenity.
When you’re at the beach, you feel calm, inspired, and free—like anything is possible. That’s exactly the feeling I want my clients to have when they’re in my care.
Every detail of the 90-minute treatment is meant to make clients feel seen, worthy, and completely at ease. We spend so much of our lives giving to others that we often forget to pour into ourselves. This is their moment to receive.
When clients leave, they don’t just feel refreshed—they feel radiant, confident, and empowered. It’s not just a facial; it’s a full-body, soul-nourishing experience that keeps them coming back.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Funny you ask this, because it’s actually happening right now! If my best friend were visiting, I’d start by taking her to my absolute favorite Mexican spots: Valle Luna Mexican Food or Los Dos Molinos—both have incredible food and margaritas that are not to be missed.
Next, we’d hit up Old Town Scottsdale for some shopping, and I’d definitely take her to Urbana, a cute local boutique with all the best Arizona-made goodies.
For dinner, I’d treat her to a cozy, charming spot called Arcadia Farms—great food and even better vibes. Then, on Sunday, we’d take a scenic drive to Sedona, and do the Devil’s Bridge Trail—it’s one of the most iconic hikes there, with amazing views that’ll take her breath away. After the hike, we’d visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross for some peace and serenity.
We’d end the day at Mariposa, a stunning restaurant with not only amazing food but also a view and ambiance that makes you feel like you’re in another world. Perfect end to an unforgettable weekend.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family and friends have always been my biggest supporters, but without a doubt, my daughter Heavon has been my true ride or die. She’s not only been there for me every step of the way, but she’s also following in my footsteps and getting her license to start her own journey in this industry. I couldn’t be more proud to share this passion with her—it’s the ultimate circle of support.
