Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

The concept of hiring a Travel Agent to book a vacation in 2022 is foreign to some, in particular, the Gen Z -generation. Ever since online booking engines such as booking.com became available, the internet has illuded consumers into thinking they’ve got all the resources and tools to book a trip, right at their fingertips.

However, how do they know if they’re picking the RIGHT resort, experience or even destination for themselves?

This is where myself, a Travel agent comes in.

In order to be an expert in all things travel; I travel the World to inspect numerous properties, meet with the sales and event staff, experience the local life & culture, all while building relationships with the most reputable suppliers in the business. Not to mention, I’ve got access to exclusive rates, deals and inside information prior to it being publicly released. 

Growing up as an Army dependent, the love for our Country was the core to my being. However, the extent of my traveling consisted of California and Italy (thanks to my parents for schlepping me along on their 20th Anniversary.) a short resume for a Travel Advisor. Almost ten years later I’ve traveled to over 32 countries, 48 states and have visited over 375 resorts around the world!

In 2019, I left my corporate agency and created an agency where American Patriots, first responders and Military members of all branches can finally be recognized and appreciated for their services towards our Country.

LIFE. LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF TRAVEL.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

Scottsdale is one of the Best U.S cities for a Guy-Cation, Bae-cation with your lover and even a Fam-cation for all ages. 

In particular, one of the best properties that I’d stay at again would be The Four Seasons Scottsdale. It’s set 30 min away from the city center and is one of American Grit’s Go-tos! The iconic, Sonoran Desert hugs the resort grounds and features sweeping views of the mountains right from your private balcony. 

Born into a family full of golfers, 18-holes is a must at Troon North golf course! If you’re a rookie golfer, like myself, the course might be a bit challenging however, it’s a blast! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff is attentive and friendly and the club, serves up one delightful bloody Mary.

I’d take the short journey into to Old Town for an afternoon stroll of shopping, a night full of live entertainment and dine at some of the best restaurants in AZ. Such as,

Bourbon and Bones; nothing like a bourbon on the rocks with a medium rare, Ribeye. 

Hash Kitchen; delightful brunch with the ladies or family celebrating Sunday, Funday.

And not to mention, you cannot vacation to Arizona and not take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon! They are the two of the very best attributes of this destination.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

The events and outcomes that led to my success in life wouldn’t have been possible without my parents.

 It might sound cliché, but my Ma, Carollynn taught ‘you’ll catch more bees with honey, than vinegar’ to always be kind to others and show grace, even in the toughest situations. My Papa, John, instilled perseverance, to be tenacious in entrepreneurship and to always remember, ‘Stay alert, stay alive’. Their Love is forever standing, admirable and was founded on GOD’s word. The foundation to my life.  

They truly provided me with everything I needed in order to lead a successful life and to become the best version of myself. I’ll always be grateful and blessed.
