We had the good fortune of connecting with Adria Estribou and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adria, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
There have been so many times in the last 12 years that it would have made a lot more sense financially to give up, but my heart just couldn’t do it.

What I do is just IN me so strongly, part of the reason I’m alive now. I tried to give it up many times, resolved to be more practical.

Every time, I “failed” at giving up.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
In March 2024 one of my books hit the Amazon Best Seller list for the first time. In its first week, Angel Insights for Unprecedented Times became an International Best Seller in the US, Canada and the UK. More than 5 weeks later (at the time of this interview), it’s still on the best seller list! This is a huge moment. I wake up every morning surprised and joyful.

I’m proud of all of my books, but having a breakthrough moment helps make up for all those years of sometimes feeling I was writing just for myself!

There are a lot of ways to describe my work: angel channel, animal communicator, and intuitive guide. Essentially, I am here to help people consciously create the lives they choose.

I had the rare delight of falling in love with meditation as a teenager. More than three decades later, I’m glad that for me meditation no longer requires a retreat from the world. Although living in ashrams was a sparkling highlight of my life, I’m delighted to find the “spiritual” practice has turned from within to everywhere. Life is truly a mystical journey.

Admittedly my outer world is in the sacred land of Sedona interacting with people who are seeking to expand their potential, so it’s pretty magical on a daily basis. Still, the more I align and mentor others in tools to thrive in New Earth energies, the more firmly I believe we have the unlimited ability to create our worlds. I’m living that daily.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Most of the time you’d find us on the trails in and around Sedona. There’s no place more stunning and mystical. I just never get tired of the beauty and transformative power of the land here.

Lunch at Angel Kitchen is a must, the best homemade miso! And sweet treats at hidden gem Living Chocolate.

In the right season, outdoor music at Posse Grounds offers the best of the relaxed local feel with a stunning backdrop.
