We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Liang and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, what principle do you value most?
Integrity. Being authentic to who I am and what I believe in. I always act from an honest and truthful place and I strive to do the best that I can in everything I commit to doing, especially when I’m working for a client!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real estate is a quite a crowded business, so I am often asked what sets me apart from other Realtors. I think that every real estate agent is different and we all come from different backgrounds. My story is unique in that real estate is actually the second chapter of my career. For the 12 years prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, I ran a successful social media business, as one of the first professional social media influencers. It started with a blog. I grew my audience from nothing and taking my experiences in the editorial and media world, I leveraged my audience to work with brands big and small, globally. It was certainly not easy, but I loved every minute of it. I have always loved houses and real estate, so that industry pulled me over and I have been able to apply all of my knowledge of marketing and social media to my business as an agent. Not everyone knows about my career journey, so I would love to share it with more people.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Throughout my whole life, I have always had incredible support from my parents. They support and encourage me in so many ways and have guided me in many of my ambitions as well. So I will dedicate this shoutout to them!
