We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexandra Pink and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexandra, what principle do you value most?
For me, the most important value is integrity, in both the professional and personal world. With everything I do, I am guided by integrity because it has allowed me to build deep, meaningful relationships and establish trust with my peers with my brand, Integrity matters most to me because it is also how you see what someone’s real intentions are. Having strong integrity means you are reliable, loyal and therefore you can earn the respect of others to be an effective leader and overall, a positive role model.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I started my lifestyle blog and brand, Alexandra Rose Pink, in 2020. During the pandemic, I had a lot of free time (like many others) and decided to finally create my website to share my tips, tricks, and product reviews to help others live better. The blogging space is often mentioned as being “oversaturated” but I was never in it for the likes or money. I truly wanted to create the content I felt like I NEEDED on the internet and found my niche by being a multi-faceted millennial navigating her mid twenties during a global pandemic. I wanted to show you can be ambitious about your 9-5 career, and also love fashion/makeup/wellness and sharing your life on social media. I coined the term “Pink’s Picks”, where I share my favorite finds with my audience on a regular basis to help them make the best spending choices on products that WORK- not just what other brands/influencers push on social media. I am all about transparency, honesty and integrity. I didn’t get traction overnight and I will always be a work in progress but staying consistent and passionate about my content and what I do is important to overcome challenges along the way. Time management is key too since I am work in the medical device field by day!

Alexandra Rose Pink is really a one stop shop for all things wellness- from skincare to fashion to fitness to mental health with a sprinkle of business. To me, it all goes together. You know, like a green juice in one hand and a glass of pinot noir in the other. Or like a Tim Ferriss Podcast followed by binge watching an old season of The Bachelor (my guilty pleasure!). I am sharing my journey and aiming to provide a piece of value to whoever comes across my brand.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love taking my friends around town when they visit. Some of my favorite places in the Arizona revolve around food! I love The Henry for a great dinner, Culinary Dropout for apps and drinks and Boondocks for a night of dancing. I also love hiking Camelback, and taking spin classes at The Madison. I am also a sucker for a good spa- The Phoenician Spa is incredible. If I can do hiking, a spa day and a good meal in a weekend, I am happy and I know my guest would be too! I also highly recommend The Hot Chick for great drinks and food too. Shopping at Fashion Square is also a must too!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My parents have also been my biggest supporters in my life. They always let me dream big, and never told me I couldn’t achieve something. My fiance, Robb Fahrion, has also been the most encouraging person in my life and my biggest motivator. He is always cheering me on to chase my dreams and try new things. As an avid entrepreneur, Robb has always been at the forefront of new ideas and together, we’re always excited to build new things, take on new opportunities, and think outside the box on what success looks like. I wouldn’t be here today without him!
