We had the good fortune of connecting with Alyssa Douglas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alyssa, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
We embody both healthcare & fitness industries. We are noticing the growth in wearable devices to collect bio data, however, nobody putting it into context for the individual wearing it. It really ends up just being data for data sake.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our team of specialists at Modo Bio work hand and hand to focus on our client’s individual health needs and goals. An initial assessment allows us to collect over 100 critical data points to set measurable goals with a definitive plan of action. Within our medical clinic, we have a unique fitness bubble that provides a space for hyper- exclusive training. Wearable technology is incorporated in the sessions to capture this real time data. Our professionals can then track your bio data over time, thus allowing us to make real time interventions. Our focus is to move you towards optimal health, performance, and longevity!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a recent resident of Arizona, so we’d be technically exploring it together! I have, however, been fortunate to spend a weekend in Sedona with family. We did a few hikes, discovered natural springs for a much needed soak (during this summer’s heatwave!), and watched sunsets from the highest points we could find. I was very impressed with the food & breathtaking views from Mariposa restaurant.
