We had the good fortune of connecting with Amanda Feller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Amanda, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The success behind Gratitude Gifted is less about ‘what are the products’ and more about ‘how can I make a difference’? Gratitude Gifted solely exists to make a difference. Gratitude as an emotion is one of the most powerful forces. It has the ability to shift our moods, our mindset, our relationships, our actions, our decisions – it is truly so impactful. It is a practice that is both deeply personal and also connects us to others.

That is what makes the brand successful – the power of gratitude to touch every part of our lives if we use the tool. Relationships are especially important, and the beauty of gratitude is how it can enhance those relationships. I think everyone wants to feel love and connection, and letting someone know that you are grateful for them are some of the most beautiful words of affirmation.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Gratitude Gifted began with grandma….

In 2017, on a chilly Christmas Eve in Northern Arizona, Grandma opened her front door to find a holiday wreath sitting at her doorstep. The wreath was covered in beautiful pine foliage and bright poinsettia flowers, yet lacked a gift tag so she could know who sent it to her. Her curiosity got the best of her, so she called up her daughters, neighbors, and old friends in an attempt to locate the sender. Each conversation was filled with joy and energy, spreading the spirit of gratitude to every person she spoke with while she was reminded of how truly appreciated she was by those around her.

While she never located the anonymous sender, Grandma was so filled with gratitude that someone sent her something special because they were thinking of her- making her feel seen, loved, and appreciated. Her joyous spirit was contagious to the people she called and she carried the emotion of gratitude with her for many days after. The anonymous gift was so much more than a wreath; it was a connection through gratitude that multiplied again and again every time she saw the wreath or spoke to someone new about it.

What Grandma showed us is that the spirit of gratitude holds incredible power. Even further, there is power in anonymous gifting so gratitude can be experienced in its purest form, without claiming credit and merely to express deep appreciation to others. This emotion should not be reserved just for the holidays, and it is so important to spread the feeling of appreciation for one another no matter the time of year. We wanted to capture this feeling and share it with the world.

We have gratitude bracelets that you can gift along with anonymous or custom letters of gratitude to someone you love and appreciate! We also have a 160 day gratitude journal that has a completely unique gratitude prompt for every single day. The journal is made from vegan leather and is hardcover! Every bracelet uses sterling silver and is hand crafted.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would pick them up from the airport and immediately take them north to Sedona, where Gratitude Gifted was founded.

I would stop at Local Juicery for a blue magic bowl and GF waffle so we could fuel up for a hike. All of my favorite hikes are on the west side of town, so we could explore the land over there, including Devils Bridge, Boynton trail, and Solider’s Pass.

We would catch sunset at Cathedral Rock before heading home – which is ideally an A-frame airbnb located on Oak Creek. We would enjoy some red wine by the bubbling creek and be fully immersed in nature.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My fiancee, Spencer! TRULY the sole reason I am involved in Gratitude Gifted and the person who inspires me the most – day in and day out this amazing human puts in the sweat equity with grace, intention, and wisdom. His business – Live Bearded- continues to level up as a business but beyond this – they connect with men and encourage men to live well and do better, simply being better men. Everything they touch is encouraging and inspiring.

Then I have some amazing women in business friends – Lindsay Viker – my day-one personal development twin and constant encourager. She is doing AMAZING things with Everyday Dishes and watching her entrepreneurial journey has been a complete gift for me.

Ellie White – my most creative, talented, and go-getting friend who is growing and scaling Mill & Habs at an insane rate – her custom hat business.

Nicola Burbank – so much more than a wellness coach – an encourager, a fighter, a mind and body-worker, and content creator. Every thing she does is so incredibly genuine and it comes through on every level.

These 4 humans inspire me daily, and are the friends who encourage you to continue leveling up every single day. Talk about feeling grateful… :’)
