We had the good fortune of connecting with Andreea Serban and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andreea, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I have started my own business when I was 24. I wanted to succeed, be free, and be very enthusiastic.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business background is a lawyer, and after 15 years of practicing in Romania and Italy, I studied psychology and master’s in CBT in Romania. I have learned many other courses, like MAster NLP, Coaching and Therapy, Yoga teacher, and many spiritual experiences; I moved to LA 3 years before, and now I run my two companies www.elawvation.com and www. be-different.com. My mission is to support people express their uniqueness and accepting the differences within and in the world.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love to go to Venice Beach every Sunday is ecstatic dance and I love dancing. After I go to eat at Gratitude restaurant, love it. If they want more fancy places, I take them to Beverly Hills.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I was starting my business with my twin sister. Together we went through all the challenges. We were very courageous, and we together gave us strength and hope to breakthrough through.
