We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrew Lomeli and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrew, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Originally i wanted to start off by only doing graphic design & Illustration at the start of my business. I had no intentions on producing any sorts of prints, but it came naturally. The reason how i got into my business was my wife, she knew i had an associate degree in Graphic Design and pushed me to not only better myself, but for our family. I worked previously in the warehouse industry for 8 years and that’s all i knew how to do, just as of December 2021, i quit my fulltime job and took the leap of faith to start my business known as Drews Dexterity. With the support of my wife Cecilia, i started drawing up different logos and came down to the final one, I was able to make this a full-time job and we’ve been in business for 7 months. Were very blessed to be where were at now with the support of our clients, we make everyone feel like family and that’s what keeps us alive.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
During High School I was known for always drawing in class. I had an English teacher named Mrs. Salcedo from rancho Cucamonga high school, she use to always to see me draw and insisted I attend an art school of trade or university. Graduation of 2014 from high school I immediately looked into art schools and came across a private university located in San Bernardino, CA, called The Art Institute of California – San Bernardino. I attended the university from 2014-2016. Nothing was easy during this course as it was challenging throughout the years. To say where I’m at now is a blessing and I’m grateful for it because I listened to my wife when she stated,” Have loyalty to Courage”. I want everyone to know that here at Drews Dexterity we provide the best customer satisfaction worldwide, we have clients from Wisconsin, Texas, New Mexico, New York, Alabama, California, Washington, Oregon & More! Especially the Inland Empire.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them to Victoria gardens located here in rancho Cucamonga. Secondly, i would take them to my favorite Restuarant called GEN Korean BBQ.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost, my wife Cecilia. Thank you, babe, for believing in me and always being there to support at the times I felt like giving up. Whenever I felt like it wasn’t enough you always told me to keep striving and keep that loyalty to courage. Now look at us!

Secondly, it would be Allen from Street Juice, good man to work with! Very humble and down to earth, because of him he gave me a chance to work alongside with his company and provide him graphic design services, not knowing he would be my first resource to gain recognition from. He’s also the reason my business became bigger and for that I’m very grateful for.

Thirdly, Redd from LRG Wraps & Designs. Thank you for teaching me the instrumental way of wrapping vehicles and motorcycles. I learned a lot from you as a mentor and I used that knowledge to carry on to my business. Not only did you teach me patience, but you provided me with the proper guidance on focus.
