Meet Aracelli Lopez | Restaurateur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Aracelli Lopez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Aracelli, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started my business during covid, and my end goal was to have a restaurant. I knew it would take time and I had to put in my 10000% effort so when I got the opportunity, I didn’t think twice. I was a bit intimidated at first, but I reminded myself that this was what I wanted.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What I want the world to know about my brand and story is that I started this business with high hopes that one day I would be able to have people come to my restaurant and serve them such delicious food that they would want to come back again and again. As a kid, I would play with my toy kitchen, hoping that when I’m older I would get to do that in real life. My parents always spoiled me with home cooked meals and ever since then I wanted to incorporate Ecuadorian cuisine to any restaurant I owned. As a business owner, there are many challenges on the daily. Some are out of your control and others you can fix right away.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definitely take them to my favorite breakfast / brunch places. I would try to have them enjoy the nice california sun and take them to the beach after to ride some bikes or just walk along the water.
I would take them to the Griffith observatory, the Hollywood sign, and West Hollywood for drinks and dancing.
The rest of the trip we could drive north or south california and try coffee at different breakfast cafes.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family means the world to me! Without them none of this would’ve happened. I am so grateful they’ve been with me every step of the way.
