Hi Arlette, what do you attribute your success to?
Leaving a lasting legacy for my daughter is the cornerstone of my brand’s achievement’s. As she matures, she’ll inherit not just a business, but a thriving enterprise poised for future growth. With my guidance, she’ll be empowered to continue the legacy for generations to come, ensuring her future is secure and prosperous. This profoundly personal mission is the driving force behind every strategic decision, every innovation, and every milestone your brand achieves.

Our designs are pure Main- Character energy. What sets us apart isn’t just our recipes; it’s our commitment to turning a moment into a masterpiece. We don’t just bake; we design with creativity. Getting to this level wasn’t cakewalk-it was built on long nights, precision and the relentless drive to push past traditional decorating. Every challenge we faced became a lesson in structural integrity and artistic boldness, teaching us that the best designs are the ones that tell a story. We want the world to know that our brand stand for Fearless creativity and unapologetic luxury. We’re most excited to about pushing the boundaries of edible art, ensuring that when our clients see their pastries/cakes they don’t just see dessert-they see their vision brought to life with a touch of sweet and a lot of love made from the heart.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The week kicks off with an unforgettable night in the city, featuring Cardi B concert and a birthday dinner celebration at Steak 44. We’ll Then transition to a two-day family escape to Sedona, where our daughters can enjoy and explore the town’s iconic artistic view, stores and gallery hopping alongside with a nice dinner and painting night with our daughters to enjoy. Ending our week with a cookout and swimming to enjoy alongside with our kids and close friends.
