As a Gerontologist, I recognized its profound alignment with my past experiences and expertise. With a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology and over 15 years immersed in this domain, I’ve extensively sold home-care, home-health, and hospice services. Throughout my career, I’ve coordinated care for numerous families grappling with the complexities of the caregiving journey.

What distinguishes Compassionate Concierge under the umbrella of Parent Projects is the personalized touch. Families won’t solely receive a dedicated Compassionate Concierge; they’ll benefit from an expert well-versed in comprehending the nuanced progression, challenges, and every facet concerning their loved one’s journey. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I adore this question and have a myriad of exciting activities in mind for my best friend and me to relish together! As an Arizona native, I’ve witnessed substantial changes over the years, and dedicating a full week to our adventures would be an absolute treat. To kick off our journey, I propose venturing south to Bisbee and Sonoita for a night or two—an opportunity to bask in the underrated charm of our Southern wine region, which deserves more attention!

The remainder of our escapade would be centered around exploring the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas, delving into the vibrant scenes of Old Town, Downtown Phoenix, Cave Creek, and Carefree. On pleasantly temperate evenings, The Pemberton or The Churchill are absolute gems, offering a unique culinary experience that caters to various tastes.

Post our delightful gastronomic escapades and city explorations, indulging in some retail therapy is a must! I’ve curated a list of beloved boutiques scattered across the valley that I’m eager to share—Charmed Avenue, Badu, Roka, and Bungalow are among my top favorites.

A visit to Scottsdale wouldn’t be complete without unwinding at a luxurious spa, and luckily, there’s an array of options for my best friend to choose from. While this week may be a figment of imagination, it’s reigniting my desire to host my best friend here for an entire week, immersing ourselves in all the wonders that Arizona has to offer!
