Meet Brandy Chase | Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandy Chase and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandy, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I met a coach after my son completed what we thought were his last cancer treatments. He had just left to go live with his dad. I felt so lost and had no idea where I would start or if anyone could even help me. Someone mentioned on Facebook that they had worked with a life coach and it helped them. With nothing to lose, I hired her to be my coach. A few months later I was diagnosed with cancer. Cancer only topped the cake of the debilitating struggle I had in my relationship with my son. The work with her and other coaches helped me to see myself, love myself, and have healthy relationships. I went from hopeless to inspired. I knew other women could benefit from this work so I went through training and decided to serve women who were also feeling lost.

What should our readers know about your business?
I teach women how to align with their values and be more connected with themselves and others, this helps them to trust themselves, feel confident from the inside out, and learn to love and be gentle within. I live what I teach and it’s my own journey and understanding how hard it can be that helps me to relate to them. It was not easy for me, it has been a very trying journey and I choose each day to show up in alignment with who I am. I overcame my struggles with courage, support, compassion, and commitment. I learned I had to learn to love myself if I wanted to find peace, I learned if I wanted to understand myself I had to create a safe environment inside my heart so I could learn to be honest, I learned if you push away your feelings and pretend you’re fine it will make you sick.
I want the world to know we can make it through hard times, yes it’s hard, and this can be a source of growth. We have choices, this isn’t toxic positivity this is the deep inner work that leads to peace.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take them on a hike up sabino canyon, I would take them to Goodness; this little restaurant with the best ACAI bowls! We would probably need a nap after that!
I love checking out the shops in Tubac and soaking in our hot tub after a busy day.
And of course, we would have to have Mexican food!
We may check out the Sanctuary Cove and the trail by my house to Sahuarita Lake.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
So many! My first few coaches and now friends Molly Elgin and Dori Klass, to my dear friend and mentor Awshee Bator.
My husband always supports my ideas and cheers me on. My best friend Nesha reminds me who I am.
