We had the good fortune of connecting with Charmy Brahmbhatt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Charmy, what’s your definition for success?
Success, to me, is the ability to break free from limiting beliefs and step fully into my own power. It’s not measured by titles, accolades, or external validation, but by the confidence to express myself authentically and the impact I create along the way.

For a long time, I believed I wasn’t good enough—that I was always an option but never the chosen one. That belief shaped my subconscious and held me back in ways I didn’t even realize. But true success isn’t about being chosen by others; it’s about choosing yourself, rewriting your own narrative, and proving to yourself that you are capable, worthy, and unstoppable.

When we empower ourselves at a subconscious level, we unlock a version of success that isn’t dependent on the world’s approval. It’s about knowing your worth, embracing your journey, and using your story to uplift others. Because real success isn’t just personal—it’s the ability to inspire change in the lives of others.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart is my deep understanding of how the subconscious mind shapes our reality—and my commitment to helping women break free from limiting beliefs that hold them back. My advocacy, Subconscious Empowerment for Women, isn’t just something I speak about; it’s something I’ve lived.

I wasn’t always the girl who believed she could win. I’ve experienced rejection—not being chosen in pageants, not getting the job, not landing the modeling gigs, not having my voice heard the way I wanted. Over time, those moments weren’t just disappointments; they became part of my subconscious belief system, making me feel like I was never enough. But I realized something life-changing: the stories we tell ourselves shape the lives we live. If I wanted to be the woman who wins, who succeeds, who stands in her power, I had to change the beliefs running in the background of my mind.

No, my journey hasn’t been easy. Unlearning years of subconscious programming takes work. It takes awareness, effort, and the courage to rewrite your own narrative. But that’s exactly why I’m here today—to show women that they can do the same.

Through pageantry, through my voice, through my advocacy, I want every woman to know: You are more than the doubts in your mind. You are more than the rejection you’ve faced. You are not just an option—you are the choice.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my mission, it’s this: true empowerment doesn’t start externally—it starts within. Change your subconscious beliefs, and you will change your life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting Toronto, I’d make sure they experience the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and incredible food. We’d start with brunch at The Morning After, a popular spot for an aesthetic brunch, before heading to the CN Tower for breathtaking views of the city. Dinner would be at La Vecchia Restaurant, where we can enjoy authentic Italian dishes in a cozy, elegant setting. After dinner, we’d check out the nightlife. I’d take my best friend to King Street West, the heart of Toronto’s nightlife, where we can visit Lavelle, an upscale rooftop spot with a party vibe, stunning views of the skyline, and a lively atmosphere. It’s perfect for dancing and soaking in the energy of the city.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to Ms. Regional Canada Pageants—an organization that truly embodies the power of transformation and self-belief.

This pageant is more than just a competition—it’s a movement. A space where women are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, rewrite the narratives they’ve been telling themselves, and embrace their confidence unapologetically. Having spent over 25 years shaping women into the best versions of themselves, the executive team behind this event knows that true empowerment isn’t just about the crown—it’s about helping women recognize their own worth, their own strength, and their own power.

For me, Ms. Regional Canada has been the perfect platform to amplify my advocacy: Subconscious Empowerment for Women. Too often, we let past rejections, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs define us. But when you step into this pageant, you are given the tools, the community, and the transformational experience to shift that mindset. Through immersive workshops, confidence-building exercises, and a stage that celebrates individuality, this pageant does what so many others don’t—it nurtures who you are on the inside just as much as it celebrates the woman you are on the outside.

I am incredibly grateful to be part of a pageant that isn’t just about competition, but about breaking subconscious barriers, embracing self-acceptance, and proving to ourselves that we are more powerful than we ever believed.

If you are a woman who has ever doubted herself, ever felt like she wasn’t enough, or ever questioned if she could truly shine—Ms. Regional Canada Pageants is where you will find your answer.
