Meet Chloe Bethune | Sexual Trauma Health Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chloe Bethune and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chloe, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
The degree of individual risk is often accompanied with the perception of opportunities in life.
Risk is the foundation of my mission. In particular, my business is to invite others to risk a new life and to show them that the world is full of second chances.
What should our readers know about your business?
Bloomellous is an online and in person health coaching practice for survivors of past sexual abuse. The service does not operate as a therapy clinic. Rather, after the client receives the unique and individual tools in therapy, Bloomellous helps them integrate those imperative tools in their everyday life.
What I am most proud of is using what I once thought unbearable for good; And seeing new people transition into a positive life confidently and fully is what excites me the most.
The main challenge is the upkeep and self-awareness of my own health in order to keep the integrity of how I lead others.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In the daytime: Hikes, Japanese Friendship Garden, the Downtown farmer’s market, Changing Hands Books Store, Burton Barr Library, Desert Botanical Garden, and the countless cafes and restaurants. For the evenings: Movies in the park, candlelit yoga, stargazing, and there are always concerts to see.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My sister, Phoebe, for her undeniable support which allowed me to fall into what I needed to.
