We had the good fortune of connecting with Christin Wuestenhoefer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Christin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I would say knowing what we will put up with and what we won’t. We have high standards and if you don’t rise up your out.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Of course getting your business where you want it is never easy. We finally feel like we have it nailed. Our salon is different because we embrace the new stylist fresh from school. We train them, and allow them to be their own creative selves. No judgement only help and encouragement. We provide a safe environment for them to blossom in the amazing carrier.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, I love Sedona and think everyone should see it. I also want to go to the Odysea Aquarium. I also want to see the Butterfly Museum. I love to eat out and love to go to the movies. One of my favorite place is the Happy Valley Shopping center. I like to eat appetizers and drinks at PF Chang’s.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would say thank you to True Fitness for pushing me to my limits and not excepting them as limits. Thank you to Jenn Schaefer for the love and support.

Thank you to Jo And Mark Cameron from Salon Deja Vu in Hollister, CA. I can always ask any question and they are always filled with great business ideas.
