We had the good fortune of connecting with Lizzie Andrews and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lizzie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
After working in the corporate marketing sphere, I decided to go on my own. I wanted to create a business that truly cares about their clients and their growth. I wanted to have flexibility and wanted to give myself what other companies couldn’t (or wouldn’t) give me –growth, opportunity, and employee morale.

After freelancing for 2 years, I decided it was time to legitimize my business and went through the process of registering my business, branding and web design process. Bright Marketing Collective was built out of the necessity to create a bigger impact for small business owners using updated and strategic Digital Marketing Efforts.

What should our readers know about your business?
I began my Marketing career over 5+ years ago in the Influencer Marketing space before going to work the corporate marketing job in the health and wellness space.

When I noticed that not many Marketing agencies were creating content from both the eyes of the consumer AND the business, I set out to create my own Marketing Agency to bridge the gap and create a bigger impact for businesses.

Bright Marketing Collective’s biggest mission now is to bridge the gap between our Client’s community and their brand. And top of that – we’re dedicated to giving our client’s a big ROI, making their marketing fun, seamless, and effective, and giving them strategies to grow for a lifetime. We’re a creative team passionate about marketing and are excited to share our expertise with the world.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I live in Prescott, Arizona!

We would start off with the best coffee in town: Wild Iris Coffeehouse
Then we would go on a hike (either Thumb Butte Trail or Granite Dells) or take a Pilates class at SOAR Pilates
Then we would fuel up for lunch + grab a drink: at Limonchello ( pizza) or County Seat (Salads and a marg) and walk around the square checking out all the fun shops.
Happy Hour at The Point (such a cool underground bar downtown)
Dinner at Atmesfir (the BEST food in town).

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husband, Spencer. He has always been my supporter from the beginning.. Always encouraging me to do what I want and not settle. Without him, I probably would have stayed in the legal field, gone to law school and become an attorney because it was the safe thing to do.

My friends! I have a group of girl friends (most of whom own their own businesses) who have encouraged me and have offered tips along the way. I also couldn’t have done it without them.
