We had the good fortune of connecting with Frank Zaccari and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Frank, can you tell us about a book that has had a meaningful impact on you?
In the past year, I have written three books in a series named Business Secrets. All three, Business Secrets for Walking on Water, Business & Personal Secrets for Avoiding Relationship Landmines and Business and Personal Secrets for Getting Unstuck achieved #1 Amazon bestseller status in multiple categories. The series is a finalist for The Author’s Group best series award.

This series is the result of my success and failures over my 35-year career as a senior corporate executive and business owner. Each book addresses professional and personal issues that can make or break your career and/or marriage.

In our post-COVID world, many of us have become entrepreneurs and our own CEO. One BIG Secret to success is understanding how our personal and professional life is a marriage made in hell… or heaven. Do bad things happen to good people, or could our failures result from not respecting that unique marriage? How do successful people make it all look so easy? They appear to be Walking on Water. What is the secret? Frank helps you find inspiration and answers for your professional/personal life as you gain deeper insight into the Business Secrets for Walking on Water from his three bestselling books.

Offering expertise in the marriage of the business and professional world for success Frank Zaccari uses real-life stories, interviews, and secrets to discuss personal and professional challenges that transformed people’s work and home life. Frank is the ultimate storyteller who will captivate your audience.

A business in and of itself is never successful unless successful people run it. People are successful at creating success through their cognitive thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. A viable business is the by-product of someone who figured out the secret to maneuvering pitfalls and uses whatever is at their disposal to create an advantage.

Sometimes the pitfalls within a company are issues the leader doesn’t see coming, didn’t prepare for or simply something he/she didn’t know. However, how do we spot the pitfalls? The lessons learned as the company leader seeks advice from people who have been where they are trying to go, can become the stepping stones just beneath the business’s turbulent waters. Rather than becoming the owner’s professional grave like so many wealthy merchant ships dashed upon hidden rocks, discovered pitfalls can become a bridge to success.

The secret for success is to know how to use those stepping stones to make you appear as if you are walking on water. But, how do you spot the rocks? How do you use the less obvious or hidden in life to your advantage?

Ahhh…that is the secret Frank Zaccari shares with you in his bestselling books.
Frank’s wisdom is based on personal success, not on a new fail-proof hypothesis or in-depth book-learning based on feel-good ideas rather than real-life experiences. Personal experience makes this Business Secrets series so magical and vital to an entrepreneur, business, employees, managers and your family. Each book’s simplicity and common-sense suggestions backed by true personal stories make The Business Secrets series different from all the other books on the market for running a successful business while enjoying a satisfying personal life.

Business Secrets is not based on the latest business techniques, algorithms, or recently discovered unique one-of-a-kind business formula. It is real- it is true- it is everyday experiences based on the wisdom that results in proven documented success.

What should our readers know about your business?
I always seemed to have the ability to bring people together to find new ways to solve business issues. It started in the military at age 21 when I was assigned to run a pediatric clinic. There was no staff, so I had to use Red Cross volunteers. Volunteers don’t have to show up, or give you a reason. I had to learn how to clearly express our goal. Why we are doing this, how their role mattered and what I would do to support them. This experience helped me in my corporate life when I was tasked with securing multi-million-dollar technology contracts. I had to build a team of experts in several fields, most who didn’t know each other, and convince them that by working together we would achieve success.

I left the Fortune 50 world and became involved in helping several struggling small and mid-size organizations. In each case, we found a way to change the fortunes of these organizations, return them to profitability and either sell the business, acquire another company or spin out a complementary organization.

When my wife left the family, I had custody of my two daughters. I left the high-tech world, moved to another state and acquired an insurance agency, which was a major hit to my income, but I needed to be a full time Dad. While I did not enjoy the insurance world, it was a means to an end. I needed to get my daughters through college. When my youngest daughter graduated from Arizona State and secured her first “adult” job, I sold my agency and remarried. I re-discovered my passion for writing (I had previously written 5 books which did not have a great deal of success) and started writing my bestselling Business Secret Series. This led to speaking engagements, developing and implementing Business Secret workshops for businesses, veteran organizations, college classes and a role as a mentor and judge with the University of California Entrepreneurship Academy. Currently, my partners and I are forming a series of Wellness Centers. It is time for all of us to take more control of our own wellness.

What I discovered through my successes and failures, is the secret for walking on water is to know where the rocks are and to learn where the rocks are learn to ask for and accept help from people who can actually help.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
So many people guided me along my path starting with my parents who always told me to pick up the pieces when you fall and keep moving forward. Their words helped me through many very difficult times.

My time in the military showed me in order to achieve “the mission” one must first have the respect and trust of those assigned to your mission. Without respect and trust a mission will fail.

My publishers Kathleen Kanavos and Teresa Velardi from WeBe books who encouraged me to write the Business Secrets series and were a constant source of support.

Melissa Van Oss, my marketing partner. Together we have marketed/promoted seven consecutive books to bestseller status.

My daughters Stephanie and Sara who were with me through the darkest period and last but not least my new wife Helen who put up with me as I wrote this Business Secrets series.
