Meet Heather Ferrari | President The Women 360

We had the good fortune of connecting with Heather Ferrari and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Heather, what are you inspired by?
I am deeply inspired by empowering others, especially women and business owners, to achieve their goals and navigate challenges. My Christian faith is my guiding force, anchoring my pursuits and resilience. I’m drawn to creative and meaningful ventures, whether it’s organizing impactful events like The March to Wellness health fair, or fostering sisterhood and community through The Women 360. I thrive on collaboration, relationships, and making a difference in people’s lives—and serving my sisters at The Women 360.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At The Women 360, we are more than a networking group—we’re a community dedicated to empowering women business owners through sisterhood, education, and support.
The Women 360 stands out because we focus on fostering genuine relationships and strategic partnerships, creating an environment where women can grow both personally and professionally. Our unique combination of targeted advertising, monthly events, educational opportunities, and a spirit of collaboration makes us a one-of-a-kind resource for women entrepreneurs. Our goal is to shine one another’s crowns.
We are incredibly proud of the vibrant community and sisterhood. Every member is incredibly talented, brilliant, and giving of herself. Watching women connect, collaborate, and thrive together is the heart of what we do. One of our proudest moments is seeing members leverage these connections to achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
The Women 360 founded by Nancy Meek and Cathy Droz, began as a vision to create a space where women business owners could come together, support one another, and grow. Over time, through dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to our mission, we’ve expanded into a thriving network of women making waves in their industries.
Like any business, we’ve faced challenges, from building awareness to creating a structure that serves our members’ diverse needs, as that is our mission and goal. We overcame these obstacles through listening to our sisters, and leaning on the power of collaboration.
We’ve learned the importance of adaptability, community, and always staying true to our mission. Supporting one another leads to growth, and success is far more meaningful when it’s shared. We know we wouldn’t be experiencing the growth without the women we call sisters whom I appreciate for the friendship, love, and rock solid character they possess and share willingly.
The Women 360 is about more than business; it’s about creating lasting connections and empowering women to write their own stories. We are committed to providing opportunities, tools, and inspiration to help women succeed in every area of their lives. Together, we’re stronger, and together, we thrive.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If someone were visiting, I’d make sure their trip was unforgettable! We’d start the day with coffee at Peixoto, one of my favorite spots, and then take a stroll around The Epicenter to soak in its vibrant atmosphere. Afterward, we’d head over to BarnOne, a unique space filled with local businesses and amazing finds. It’s the perfect way to kick off the day and experience some of the best Gilbert has to offer.
On a Saturday, we’d definitely hit the Farmers Market, enjoying fresh, local goods and soaking up the community atmosphere. One day, I’d book a relaxing massage at one of the beautiful resorts in Scottsdale, followed by a leisurely lunch at Olive and Ivy—a true Scottsdale gem.
For outdoor adventure, we’d go on a hike, either at the Santan Mountains or near the Phoenix Zoo to take in the stunning desert landscapes. If they’re up for it, we might even make a day trip to Sedona for some truly breathtaking trails. Hiking is such a quintessential Arizona experience, and most people love it!
If they were staying a whole week, I’d plan a day trip to Flagstaff, where we’d enjoy cooler weather and the stunning mountain-town charm. While there, we’d stop for lunch at Taverna, a fantastic Greek restaurant that serves up fresh, flavorful dishes in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere—absolutely worth the visit!
For more unique experiences, we’d take a tour of the Queen Creek Olive Mill, learning about locally produced olive oils, and perhaps catch a live show at San Tan Flat one evening. While I wouldn’t necessarily add it to my itinerary, I know many visitors love dancing at San Tan Flat, and it’s always a fun option.
On Sunday, I’d invite them to join me at The Grove Church, where they could experience the incredible music ministry led by Josh Havens and meet my wonderful church family. It’s such an uplifting and welcoming environment.
And, of course, I’d introduce them to The Kiln, in Gilbert, scheduling their visit to align with one of our The Women 360 networking meetings, where they could immerse themselves in the warmth, camaraderie, and inspiration of our sisterhood.
No trip would be complete without a meal at Humble Bistro, where I’d treat them to the best lasagna I’ve ever eaten—an absolute must! Finally, we’d spend some time with my children, so they could experience how truly blessed I am to have such remarkable kids.
It would be the perfect mix of community, culture, connection, relaxation, adventure, and faith—a true reflection of everything I love about life here in Arizona!
