Meet Jackie Suerth | Consciousness Guide & Founder

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jackie Suerth and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jackie, how does your business help the community?
Dirty Wellness helps the world by first assisting individuals with their own self-concept, self-love, self-worth, and awareness journies through consciousness/mental health practices.
Once individuals have a solid foundation of self, they are then able to give to their community. It’s a domino effect that always begins with each individual person and their internal state of consciousness and being.
The work is really about learning how to harness the power of your own mind to DWELL in new, more beneficial states of consciousness to regulate your internal state and manifest positive outcomes in your life.
It is about finding internal validation, fulfillment, love, and peace separate from the external world and realizing you are always the power and awareness behind these feelings.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a very fluid, ever-changing, and creative person. I never want to limit myself and label myself as one thing and I think that is what really sets me apart. This is what I like to teach others as well, that you don’t have to conform to society’s idea of what your life should look like. You can find success in any area you choose to pursue and you can always change your mind!
I want to have my hands in as many different areas as far as my career goes just to simply experience different aspects of myself and of the world.
Besides Dirty Wellness, I model and work in marketing and recruiting. I also make content and have begun dabbling in more creative avenues such as PA and creative direction work. I love being on sets, especially photoshoots, and am starting to expand my skillset in direction and photography as these are just a few of my other passions.
I’m an avid foodie and latte connoisseur who loves to travel and try new restaurants and coffee shops which is also something I make content around. I also love styling and fashion of course so I’ve been starting to get more into that creative work as well. I always just want to make stuff. I have a wild imagination that is always churning up new ideas. I would love to expand the Dirty Wellness brand to include more creative elements to it, such as a coffee line and apparel to make it an all-encompassing relatable lifestyle brand centered around your well-being as that really represents me as a person.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of my favorite spots in the city of Phoenix is Hanny’s which is a top restaurant of mine. Their Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza is my favorite thing ever!
I would also take them to Papago Park to enjoy an afternoon hike and take some cool photos by the rocks. We would definitely have to hit up First Friday and a vintage market such as Picker’s Playground to thrift some cool pieces and maybe grab a bite to eat at the Pemberton downtown.
I also would take them to one of my favorite sushi spots in Scottsdale, Geisha A Go Go, before going to my favorite dive bar, Patties in Old Town Scottsdale.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to thank every single person who has come into my reality for getting me to where I am today in my consciousness, self-love, and entrepreneurial journey. It all definitely feels like it was “meant to be”.
Without the relationships I have experienced, from friendships and family members to employers, romantic partners, and consciousness mentors, I would not be at the point in my life where I am able to help others and do what I do.
I had to do the internal work on myself to get to a point where I can properly give to others in a meaningful, impactful way.
