We had the good fortune of connecting with James Finck and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi James, what matters most to you?
The virtue of Gratitude is a value that matters most to me. By expressing gratitude, I’m able to keep myself grounded and present in the world around me. Not to mention, Gratitude is a driving force in personal confidence and happiness.

One of our missions as a lifestyle brand is spreading positivity and goodness through our product to those around us. To me, Gratitude has had a positive domino effect of which can drive more than just a smile, but an energy that generates to many lives.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am severely unusual as I live with the true belief virtually anything can be accomplished. Clearly, not a brainiac I am apart from others as I have engaged in enterprises and risks the average joe typically would pass on. In truth, I view the majority of my life, as a life of happenstance fulfillment. Akin to the story of Forest Gump, I have not specifically questioned the twists and turns of my life but accepted them as necessary and provided appropriate commitment. Through persistence and with common sense we have survived and fostered viable enterprises including Gratitude Organic Tea whose story I pray will be beneficial to all who choose to live it.

Gratitude Organic Tea is a delicious and refreshing ready to drink tea that is “for the good in you.” That is, it provides healthy nutrients; but by name and tag line we want you to know you provide value to your community. You can feel confident about your being and use the energy of gratitude and our drink to travel with constant and abundant happiness.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Thankfully, along with the many blessings I have been awarded, I live in a piece of paradise. South Florida has been a wonderful place to raise a family. Natural resources that start with clean beaches along the Atlantic Ocean just west of the Gulf Stream provide a natural choice to spend time. Abundant sunshine and tempered weather, a visit from friend or family is an additional opportunity to accommodate playful activities. Tennis, golf, sailing the open waters, fishing, on-road and off-road biking are just a handful of outdoor activities. We can move indoors with the standard clubs offering many classes such as yoga, spin, dance to weightlifting, racquetball, table tennis and beyond. Palm Beach provides access to solid entertainment offerings form history museums, educational museums to concerts and shows, all accompanied by a plethora of restaurant options. Both sunrises and sunsets can be part of the day with my friend.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
At the risk of sounding cliché, I have a background of highly challenged and stressful periods in my life, yet possibly through persistence and the belief of a positive energy; I am of the belief that yes, God watches over and with faith in him and our savior we can achieve, remain humble and pass on goodness. This is another way to say at times in my life a solution provider arrived just in time. 60 years old, blessed father of three, Gratitude Organic Tea is my fifth entrepreneurial undertaking. One was a failed exercise, three have been valued operations that provided myself and those around me a sustainable living. The jury is still out with Gratitude Tea, but I envision this as the greatest opportunity as a means to excel the good out of everyone.
