We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenzi Russell and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jenzi, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success has been being true to myself understanding my lane also understanding that I don’t look like the average person working in the entertainment industry or technically Running a business. I am continuing to surprise people every time they see me move and create also another important factor is knowing what you represent and what your fans customers supporters love and want to see from you that really matters when it comes to running any type of successful brand or business..
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a Choreographer dancer movement coach influencer all around creative and I love what I do I’ve always loved dancing creating and all of those amazing things it was easy getting into Dance cause I did it locally with local dance groups and far as breaking into the industry I’m gonna have to say thank you to the new Social Media wave that’s how I got a lot of my breaks as people seen my social media people seen my work online and yes there’s definitely been some obstacles on my way up just ply weight at some point was an obstacle some dance agencies wouldn’t even consider signing me because they said my weight was an issue and it could’ve been a liability so I kept pushing and releasing great content teaching amazing classes doing great work and eventually end up getting assigned to a big dance agency talent agency called MSA.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
