We had the good fortune of connecting with Jindu Elueze and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jindu, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To see the homeless person with his or her pet and not knowing if they are sure of the next meal for their pet was my motivation to ensure they NEVER have to worry about their pets care. then when the pandemic hit a whole lot of people lost income and their was an increase of owner surrender and most of the time its the family making the hard choice to feed themselves or their pets . so we added that to our list to ensure we preserve the Bond between the owner and their pets by making sure we host pet food and human food pantry .

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I was a stay home Dad caring for our little man Ekene and was running Paw Salvation at the same time, prior before that I have worked as a groomer , kennel attendant , daycare facility manager , Animal Behavioral expert , was on radio in Africa hosting the 1st radio show for over 3 years.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Shoutout to my wife Angelica who had ALWAYS been there for the organization since it started , Also shout out to Exclusive services Inc which is a trucking company who always donate their truck at all of our events , Kathy for going over and beyond to ensure we have enough Pet food to distribute at our pantry/ distribution, Michelle Pietzke who has been with Paw Salvation for a nice amount of time and she has giving her all to ensure we achieve all Paw Salvation goals, Also Father Michael Pfleger for his support and encouragement . the Cloud”s family have been an angel and a tremendous support we love them dearly. Julie Contreras and her family have been a strong encouragement also Sue Callahan Davis.. and Special shoutout to Berkley Cameron who have volunteered a lot of times in very extreme weather ( snow storm , heat wave ) we can not thank her enough .
