We had the good fortune of connecting with John Bolier and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi John, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
I am inspired by others that have came before me, watching how they work and learning from them

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I do all my work my self, this includes my own editing, my own lighting, virtual staging. It makes me proud to say I do it all from start to finish. I have worked hard and continued to learn from my early work that it’s not always easy. I struggled as I began with this being my first company that I started. The biggest lesson I have learned is don’t be afraid to fail. I did not go to school for anything that is now my career. I never expecting to be doing something I love that I can share with so many. My brand is growing and I continue to learn.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In our area the big draw is golf courses we have some of the prettiest golf courses. We have several National Parks in our area that I enjoy. We have Lake Mead a beautiful lake that I have enjoyed shooting. In our small town and food option are not major chains that Las Vegas offers. We have good food at all our golf course clubs house. Our casino have good stakes houses, my favorite is Gregorys. For friends coming from out of the state I love taken them to the casinos, shows, music, spa are always hit.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The first person that comes to mind is Joe Heinz, a Real Estate agent. He saw my drone work and wanted me to expand my business to shooting homes for agents. then Christina Potter another Real Estate agent gave me my next big jump into my now expanding business. With more options for growth in the marketing field for her office, and the mentor ship that she has given me to continue growing and learning. I am now doing landscape photography, I have found a passion and love for sharing these with others.
