Meet Josh S | Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Josh S and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Josh, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Everyone wants to be in control of their own destiny. I wanted to learn the industry, potentially make supplemental income, and have fun at the same time. Although I have a full time job in corporate America, I was able to find the drive and motivation for something different. Learning is fun, and putting skin in the game for something bigger than ourselves is rewarding. Turning an idea or concept into a business makes it less a job and more of a business.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I have a gift of problem solving and multitasking. Everyone is busy these days but working harder and smarter can still set you apart. God has blessed me in the way he chose for me and I am happy. I get joy in being able to help others. Serving my time at church has been a great gift too. People should know that no matter if crypto goes to zero I will still buy more. I hope this inspires others who hold their coins in hopes of a day where they don’t have to worry about stresses of life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Current favorite places are Bourbon and Bones and North in Gilbert, and Sicilian Butcher in Chandler. Also frequent Sushi San in Gilbert. They will fly in Toro (tuna cheek) for me and guests. But if I was hosting at home I would prefer to smoke a Tri-Tip or any form of beef. When people are around treating them with a great meal at home or out is always a good time in this great city.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Success is subjective. People should try to succeed first at being happy with themselves and life. God is first in my life and I have been blessed with everything through him. My parents and family are amazing and I love to spend any free time I can find with them. Do pets count as family? They also deserve some credit cause they believe in me more than some people I know.
