We had the good fortune of connecting with Joshua Nunn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Joshua, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I want my legacy to be known as someone who was genuine and gave everything he had to changing the culture of fitness, from proper training, dieting and using proper supplements. My biggest wins in life has never been individual accolades but helping my clients with there individual goals and seeing them through, the gym for most people is a place of piece where individuals can really work on themselves and improve there health, so seeing my clients reach there goals and spread that knowledge to there friends and family has always been my biggest accomplishment. With my training regime and meal plans its helped my clients cut bodyfat percentage down by 10% within a few months which has made them excited about continuing there individual fitness journey and setting new goals so ultimately I want to be remembered for creating a new style of training and helping clients cut bodyfat% by record breaking times and making health and fitness a fun and life changing journey.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m currently an outbound area manager at Amazon pharmacy my responsibilities include making sure all medications are shipped out properly to the proper patients as well making sure we achieve our daily goals as far as shipments.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite place in Arizona is Scottsdale they have some of the best food my favorite restaurant in Scottsdale is Postinos and the night life is pretty cool as well normally on a Friday or Saturday night I may go to Casa night club or Maya Day and Night club and on Sunday Funday Scottsdale is a great place to enjoy brunch and watch a few NFL games

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shoutout my mom Tasha Larry for always pushing me to be the best at whatever I chose to do professionally in life as well as one of the key life lessons whenever you start something finish it no matter how difficult the road is because failure is our biggest teacher and shows you how to approach a goal from a different perspective if it doesn’t go as planned the first time. I would also like to shoutout my cousin Damon Whitney who started this fitness journey with me 3 years ago we’ve both held each other accountable for achieving our goals no matter how difficult the road got Damon is also my camera man and videographer and has captured some of my best moments as far as my personal fitness journey and training my clients.
