We had the good fortune of connecting with Judy Yeboah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Judy, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Being an entrepreneur has taught me many lessons, but the most important lesson is that failure does not mean the end of something. In fact, failure may be the beginning of something amazing and there is no reason to be ashamed for needing help with something you are towards. You aren’t able to become the best at something unless you practice those skills over and over. Rebuilding Entice & Renew has been the biggest learning curve for me.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a wellness advocate and owner of Entice & Renew. It is a biblical-based health business that educates, inspires, and coaches those committed to restoring the foundation of their health on a cellular level by using natural hygiene principles.

It started with a plan to help others along their health journey, and then the vision got clearer along the way. I understand the struggle of wanting to make healthier lifestyle choices and then find myself stuck along the way. Breaking habits is not easy. It is a process of understanding what is going on within you, unlearning behaviors, learning new behaviors, and applying those new principles to success along the way. It all starts with asking yourself the right questions and being honest without yourself with the answers.

Most people don’t realize that their wellness goes deeper than eating unhealthy and not exercising. Those unhealthy habits are the symptoms. Getting to the root is how the foundation is restored. There is so much more involved in the process, and their behavior is an outward reflection of how they feel within consciously and subconsciously.

Because I have been restoring the foundation of wellness and pushing forward into the next level, I am able to help others in the same way and help make the path clearer for them to walk through.

The best and most interesting part is seeing the development of my own patterns and behaviors. Being the example is nerve-wracking at times, but people learn by having an example, and it is a blessing to be able to serve them in that way.

I got to this place in my business by trial and error. Everything I explained above is how I got here to this place and being vulnerable alone the way. I am excited as I continue to build and develop the business this year of 2024. It will be unrecognizable from where it started in 2020. It already is.

I was not raised to be a business owner. I was raised to work and be successful under someone else. Doing has been the challenge and the blessing, so continue to watch me work. It is the best way to learn. It’s a really humbling experience, too.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh my goodness, that’s exciting. First off, I would take them to a Mediterranean spot in my area. They have really good food. We would take a day trip to a mountain town to explore and go for a hike. I love visiting cute coffee & tea shops, so that would be great as well. Visiting the museum is a favorite, too. The possibilities on what to do would be endless. I can’t forget to include at least one night to just enjoy the peaceful quiet of North Carolina with cooking a meal together and enjoying the time sitting on the porch, making memories with laughs.

I like experiencing the world around me. The experience goes from big to small. Each experience is beautiful in their own way. Isn’t the whole point of life enjoying it?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost, I give all credit and recognition to my Heavenly Father God- Abba Yah. My creator is the one who has been holding me up, pushing me because He has been teaching me to see myself as He sees me. Walking in His obedience is the only reason I have the opportunity to share with you all some great things about me. I have been blessed with a special group of friends who encourage and believe in me. The faith they have in me is something beautiful. I am so grateful. They know who they are when they read this.
