We had the good fortune of connecting with Julie Salter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Julie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I was on my own personal fitness journey, just sharing on social media per usual, and messages began to flood my inbox for help. Being laser focused on doing something just for me was really important at the time so I just pushed these people off in the direction of my coach, knowing they would be in good hands there. One morning, I sat up in bed like a light bulb went off and I said out loud, “ok universe, I’m listening. I need to help these people.”

I then got certified as a personal trainer and a nutrition coach and officially launched my online fitness company in August 2021. Over night it was a six figure success as I had people literally banging down my door to get help and join my program.

My thought process was never about the profit. My thought process was truly inspired by my desire to help others get the help they were asking for, in a safe, sustainable way. I knew the program I was building was going to help people all over the world feel comfortable in their skin, confident in the kitchen, and strong AF in the gym without extreme/restrictive methods!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets my company apart from other’s is our willingness to meet you where you’re at with a solid plan to achieve your goals. Most the time when people begin a new journey to health it is extreme, restrictive and begins to feel like a punishment. We build a custom program around you and your goals to get you there, but most importantly, KEEP you there.

How I got to where I am professionally today is by sheer determination and the willingness to FAIL. The amount of times I’ve failed has made the successes that much more sweet. Was is easy? NO. Was is worth it? HELL YES.

To overcome challenges I believe comes back to the willingness to fail, and do things wrong in order to learn and grow. “Eat that frog” is another mindset I think more people should have. I don’t let the big projects get pushed to the side and complete the small ones just to tick a box on my “to do” list. Start with the big projects that will make the MOST impact once completed and go from there. Learn to delegate the busy work and let go of the reins a little!

Our mission:
To help individuals reach their health, fitness and wellness goals through sustainable habits for long term results.
Our vision:
To make a global impact on the obesity epidemic, help people feel comfortable in their skin and more present in their life through safe and healthy methods.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to thank my coach Carson Siler who taught be how to be graceful and patient with my progress. Who helped me not only with my own personal journey to health but also launch my business to be an overnight success. I would also like to thank the business coaches in the Next Level Coaching Academy. Who helped guide my over flowing business into something scaleable. Who helped me get a vision and roadmap to become a global empire in the industry.
