Meet Kathy Angerami | Owner and Master Plasma Pen Technician

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kathy Angerami and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kathy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I couldn’t wait and was filled with excitement when I opened Pleasantly Plasma. I first experienced this treatment myself as a client in 2019 when it became available in the United States. (It was very popular all throughout Europe for about 10 years prior). I was so pleased with my results of the tightening of my forehead, glabella and eyelids I became obsessed and wanted to learn more about the technology behind this treatment. Having a history in the salon and spa business, I knew I wanted to open this business and specialize in plasma pen fibroblast helping others feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin.

What should our readers know about your business?
At Pleasantly Plasma we specialize in skin tightening and overall rejuvenation. Starting my business over 6 years ago was a little bit scary but also very exciting. Of course, with any new business you start out slow and acquire a learning curve, and that’s just what you do, learn from it. I knew I needed to be extremely organized with appointments, before and after pictures, paperwork and files on the computer. The before and after pictures are what sells and give clients hope for whatever they are most concerned about on their face, neck or body. I’ve continued extensive training so I can specialize in this amazing procedure that has such great results, is affordable and has little downtime.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I absolutely love Arizona, the scenery, the weather and the location of everything within just a few hours away Mexico, Flagstaff, California and Vegas. I enjoy hiking all the great mountains and trails when the weather is nice and looking at our beautiful valley wide landscape. I enjoy trying new restaurants and also enjoy the small town of Carefree with all the shops, hang outs and restaurants.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shout out to all my clients who have come to me, trusted me, friended me and given me the chance to help them look better and feel more comfortable in their own skin depending on their specific needs.
