Meet LeRon Rovira | Business Owner & Designer

We had the good fortune of connecting with LeRon Rovira and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi LeRon, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
After I retired from the United States Army and wanted to start an business in apparel and didn’t want to work for someone else
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a custom apparel business. We provide services to businesses, youth groups, civic and fraternal organizations’. I am excited that over the last 7 years, we have been able to expand our brand, reach new clients and continue to provide outstanding products to our returning clients. We are proud to be located in Olde Town Conyers GA. Being able to transition from a homebased business to a brick and mortar establishment was not easy by far. However, the journey was definitely worth it. During Covid, our business, like many others took a hit because we were not able to be out as much. We overcame our challenges by offering other services that did not include in person contact which allowed us to stay afloat. Along the way, I have learned that it is always best to know your business, focus on your craft and get better every day. Being able to offer a variety of products and or services to our clients allow us to remain in the game!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots to visit would be Three Dollar Cafe in McDonough, they have an amazing DJ on Friday Nights and the boneless wings are delicious, Their Tuesday night Karaoke is cool too! On a nice day, we’d get some fresh air by walking the Square in Covington GA, maybe stopping into to Your Pie for some Pizza. And of course I’d have to bring them back to my shop in Conyers, and visit Virgil’s or Celtic Tavern which is located across the street from us. You cant visit Ole Town Conyers without getting some Ice Cream from The Creamery Ice Cream shop next door! We’d definitely end with a classic photo shoot by PTP357 Studios.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to shout out my family for standing by my decision to start a business. I have followed several professionals on YouTube who have encouraged me to stay active in the business through trade shows and business networking events. I have had professionals who have become friends by way of mentoring me from a distance and showed me techniques that have allowed me to master my craft.
