We had the good fortune of connecting with Lexi Danser and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lexi, how do you think about risk?
I’m a firm believer that life is about taking risks. I’ve followed this ideal my whole life, because the most rewarding things in life are often never easy. But they’re almost always worth it.

I took a huge risk by creating my business. I left my corporate life with no warning, no savings, and a highly competitive job market in front of me. I created, manifested and implemented my business from Ideation to Launch, all in 4 months – which is extremely quick for a team of 1.

I made the leap and started working for myself with no guaranteed light at the end of the tunnel, and I’m not going to lie – it’s been extremely stressful, hard and scary. But it’s 1000% worth the freedom for me. Not a day goes by where I’m not passionate about what I get to do everyday. That being said, my mindset around risk taking has only been successful because of a deep trust in myself, my vision and the universe – knowing that my intuition led me to this point and I’m on the right path.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
6 months ago I separated from the corporate job, finally stepped into my purpose and started speaking my truth. This change was the catalyst for the immense growth that brings me here today! I discovered how to apply my strengths and passions for the inspiring, expansive, impactful and empowering career that I was meant for. Collectively, all of this growth led to the creation of my Creative Agency, Ethereal House.

As a creative consultant and connection cultivator, it’s my passion to serve as an energetic resource to empower, uplift and inspire others to embody their fullest potential and authentically express their unique business. I walk entrepreneurs through the beginning steps to outline your brand communications, holistic media strategy, creative direction and photography to align your business for greater impact.

While it definitely hasn’t been easy, it has been extremely inspiring and enlightening! I’m extremely proud that I’ve been able to put my mental health at the forefront through it all, as it has allowed me to fully step into the energy of creating a unique and impactful business from the ground up. I’m also thankful that my entrepreneurial journey has been accompanied by an awakening in my spiritual journey – so I have been able to heavily rely on my intuition when challenges arise. My community and support system have all played an extremely important role in helping me pave new roads over the broken systems, limiting beliefs and road blocks necessary to express my most authentic and true self – so that I can turn around and do that for others.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, there’s so much to be seen and explored within a week in Arizona! Having lived here my whole life, I have found all the best spots with a vibe. Which include:

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
When you are constantly surrounded with other intuitive and passionate minds, with the same mission of self awareness and growth, you will experience a magnetic shift in your life.⁠ Connecting with a community of unique yet like minded individuals and having a rock solid support system to grow with you is essential in business! ⁠

I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have had it in me to go ALL IN with my business and authentically show up without the support, guidance and friendship of my amazing family, friends, and mentors. My parents are the OG supporters and inspiration – taking the biggest risk of jumping into starting their own business when I was only 6 months old. I’m literally on the front of their first business newspaper listing in 1997, and let’s just say the apple didn’t fall far from the tree!

Some of my inspirational and educational communities (Holisticism, With Honors, To Be Magnetic, Alchemy Academy) really served as the catalyst for my growth and risk taking in business. If you’re contemplating investing in a business, life coach, mentor or community – just do it. Contrary to popular belief, we may have the resources, experience and vision but executing it all while maintaining balance and thriving mental health is hard. We weren’t meant to move and grow through this journey alone.
