We had the good fortune of connecting with Liv B and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Liv, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I started a business because I was driven by the desire to find a more impactful way of assisting people in reaching their goals. I felt there was a need for a better approach than what was currently available. Additionally, I wanted to have more will over my life and financial decisions, and I firmly believe that entrepreneurship provides the path to achieve both personal freedom and the ability to positively impact others’ lives.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I chose art because there is so much more to me than “fit”. I love to express myself through modeling which my love for fitness has really opened those doors! I actually want to put more of my fitness content online like I used to! Although I have my own training company, that is only one part of LIV B and she is so much more!:)

I have been singing my whole life but because of 2020 I was kinda forced to change my entire path, and songwriting really got me through it! I also embraced being good. Like i was born for this. Hearing songs on the radio and them not hitting versus hearing my own lyrics and crying.

I am excited for my upcoming projects and collaborations! I really want to start giving back to the community and being more of an encouragement. More active.

Most days aren’t easy. Sometimes I want to give up, especially when it comes to social media. Comparing is real. I have to remind myself that being different is okay. And it’s about the value you bring, not the lies and views.

I’ve learned to have faith and really lean in on your gifts. You weren’t given them for no reason. We all have a purpose. I want people to know that I didn’t give up. That I wasn’t scared to continue, to knock on a fourth door when the first, second and third ones closed.

I really hope people see me for ME. For all I am and bring.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Arizona is definitely the come up spot!

I personally am not a big party or “club goer” but I definitely enjoy the food and outdoors so we would do something like:

A nice trip to DTPHX and its first Friday!
10am -we are hitting breakfast Bi*** for some breakfast! Something light because after

12:30 pm -We are walking to the gym (Track Club) owned by my friend Possible Pat! Make sure you check that out!

2 pm – after our leg day, we would hit a nice juice spot! I personally like Nekter but we can find a locally owned place!

2:30pm – time for some walking! It’s hot so let’s find a vibey shop to browse in!

3:30pm – get ready for our evening

5pm head to Champang Lanes for bowling
And snacks/drinks

7:30pm walk around DTPHX first Friday!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost I want to thank God for the gifts he’s given me and the fruits I’ve been able to bare. For his patience and forgiveness and guidance through this journey.

My parents love and my sister’s encouragement! I don’t know what I would do without them by my slide!

My partner Doomie, he is such an inspiration in my life and I appreciate him being so supportive of my arts!

My friends who have shown up to every event and those in my network trying to see me win!! H.Y.P.!!!!

My fans and online friends <3 Huge part of how this is posisble.
