Hi For Pleasure, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
Perfect practice makes perfect, practice makes permanent. I find this extremely useful for my work-ethic in music. I find that lazy practice truly effects overall performance as a DJ. This quote has been apart of me since high school, my orchestra teacher was the one to drill perfectionism.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
So, I am a DJ and producer going by the name of, For Pleasure. What sets me apart is my work-ethic & my style of music. I have a monthly mix series on SoundCloud called, For Your Pleasure. It’s there that you can hear my fusion of Hip-Hop, Pop, R&B, and different variety of dance music. It definitely wasn’t an easy task in the beginning. I had to find my own sound and style of mixing. But, with consistency, I’ve been able to overcome the challenge of creating my own vibe and now enjoying every moment of it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Got to do a dinner at Toca Madera or Ocean 44. I really enjoy hiking and the outdoors, so visiting sedona would be a must! Definitely go see live music and local artists like brunch at Sunbar. And finally, I’m a sports fanatic, so you’d have to go see the Suns or the Cardinals!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d have to thank my mother. When I was younger, she drilled the idea of playing one sport & to play one instrument. Also, if it wasn’t for her work-ethic, I would not be who I am today.
