We had the good fortune of connecting with Marisol Isaula and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Marisol, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Before starting my own business, from the outside looking in, it looked like I “had it all”. I had a great job in marketing, had a beautiful home, a supportive partner, financial stability, amazing friends and family but I still felt like something was missing, like I hadn’t really found my calling. It was so confusing to me that I could be happy with my life and at the same time feel disconnected with it. I decided to seek support and with the help of my therapist and my life coach I decided it was time to create a new relationship with myself. One that was based on my own values, my own purpose, my own vision and my own story because I realized I was so focused on making everyone happy and proud before ever considering what I really wanted. After a year of reflection, connection and seeking alignment I found my true calling. I loved my career and I was good at what I did. I wanted to use my expertise and my personal experience to help other women connect with their own power, gain clarity, direction and self-trust to live life on their own terms. I am now the proud owner of Marisol Isaula Coaching and creator of The Wealthy Mujer framework that teaches women that wealth is much more than financial gain, it’s the well-being of their entire human existence. The Wealthy Mujer focuses on 6 pillars of wealth: Purpose, Relationships, Health, Spirit/Confidence & Money. My clients have started their own businesses, have published their own books, have left toxic relationships, have asked for raises, have applied for new roles, have purchased homes, have become empowered to create healthy boundaries and most importantly, they have taken action on their goals because they see their fullest and infinite potential.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Marisol Isaula Coaching is a safe and inclusive space for everyone and anyone. I am hyper focused on creating a safe environment where all women feel heard, seen, validated and understood. My coaching isn’t just about creating strategy, roadmaps and systems to help women reach their goals, I also equally focus on the inner work magic. Helping my clients see their blocks and work with their blocks to get to our goals. Blocks are only safety mechanisms we’ve used for a long period of time that technically do help us stay safe but also make us feel stuck, fearful and make us question if we are enough. Blocks want to be heard and I help my clients extract the wisdom from their blocks to gain self-trust and redefine safety so they can feel safe in the unknown, being sure that regardless of the outcome they will always be safe within themselves.

Coaching has been incredibly easy, fun and a beautiful testimony of faith in myself that I CAN try new things, take risks, learn to skill sets, pick myself up over and over and STILL be me, a woman living a human experience.

I’d love for women to read this and feel like their goals or deeper desires are attainable and all it takes is one single decision, once single action, one foot in front of the other – over and over until you realize how far you’ve come. I also believe that where one person can win, we all can. If you want to go fast, go alone but if you want to go far, go together. We are in our Wealthy Mujer era. We don’t compete, we collaborate. Juntas podemos más. Together we can do more. As women we want to leave the door open so other women can come up with us.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh this is so fun! I would first make sure that they do not come in June, July or August.
I would for sure make time to head to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, perhaps an overnight stay.
We’d head over to downtown and start at Fair Trade Cafe (Longest lasting Latina coffee shop in downtown; and delicious)
Make our way to Matt’s Big Breakfast and then back home to watch a movie and get ready to head back out to Four Peaks in Tempe.
We’d probably end the night early because we can’t hang like we used to in college lol
While she’s here I’d make sure to take her to:
– Amor Collective (a store front with 30 Latina owned business suites)
– The Churchill
– Last Chance (IYKYK)
– Scottsdale Fashion Mall
– Califa Tacos
– Spring Training Game
– Hanny’s
– Top Golf
– Park Cafe (delicious in Old Town Litchfield Park)
– somewhere fun to dance (would have to research hehe)

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband was incredibly supportive when I came to him and said “honey, I want to sell the house, quit my job and start a business”. He had done the same 2 years before me and sadly I was not at all supportive of him taking a leap of faith and betting on himself. I didn’t understand at the time how important it was to him and the vision he had to help our family achieve generational wealth. Now, both being entrepreneurs and business owners, I randomly tell him I wish I could go back in time with what I know now and cheer him one from day 1 just like he did. He’s believed in my vision before I even know it could and would become my reality. I’m forever grateful.
