We had the good fortune of connecting with Mishell Vale / Eightlimfit Elliston and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Mishell Vale / Eightlimfit, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My mom had a typed piece of paper on our refrigerator growing up that read,” If it is to be, it’s up to me.” My mother was very supportive of everything I did. I also have a mantra tattoo on me that reads Peace, Love, and Harmony, which is my mantra verse it is The Peace within myself, the love I have to give, and the harmony I hope to create. These two affirmations/quotes guide me.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
You are one of a kind, so we are not a one-size-fits-all program. We serve people of all ages and fitness levels, —particularly seniors in physical therapy who wonder what to do when those short-term therapies end. We are here to assist in all areas of your health; for the Mind, we provide life coaching in relationships, career, grief, and motivational encouragement. Body, we focus on personal training or post-physical therapies. We can also be of assistance for the Spirit, and we provide end of life contemplative care.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would start the morning off with a run on the Murphy’s Bridle trail, followed by a yummy coffee at Copper Star Coffee House. Then off to Bisbee for some supernatural fun. Maybe do some thrift shopping along the way, stop in and practice at a local yoga studio. Followed by dinner and then drinks at Honor amongst Thieves.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Great question, I would like to dedicate my shoutout to all – I have so many to be thankful for my mother, sadly, is no longer with us. My daughter Emersen who is the light of my life. Eric Faqir, my ongoing mentor and sensi – yogi who can push me both physically and emotionally. Riley John – Donnel, a friend I adore and will be forever thankful for because when the chips are down, he can lift you or wheel you into a fast-food drive-thru. Laura Koch is another special woman, a student who became a yoga teacher and a friend who helped me tremendously. Charlotte Brown, a gifted writer and a huge-hearted friend. I get support and encouragement from my friends I call family in the Bay area, Andrew, Will, Edith, and Chris. Without their love and laughter, it would be challenging. Local friends, as well they are my family. Brenda, Ameena, Deborah, Ryan, Quinton, Betty, Kay, I must include the Vullo family who was there for me. I couldn’t have made it without the help of these beautiful friends, and more who are not listed.
