Hi Nikki, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind becoming a Entrepreneur stemmed from me
wanting to become my own boss, pursue my passion and make my own schedule.
I felt the need to create and control my own narrative and not set limits on how much money I
could make.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart from others is my Confidence, Fearlessness & Transparency.
I’m proud of my tenacity, resilience and my authenticity. Many people give up too easily, don’t try
or simply live up to other people’s expectations and stay stuck in a box. I simply refuse to do that and live by others
opinions and criticism. I pride myself in being a woman with integrity that’s lives life on her terms,. A woman that’s self-assured, self-aware & an example and inspiration for other women to do the same.

I got to where I am by doing the work, betting on myself, believing in myself and simply taking risks.
I believe in the phrase, no risk…no reward and I live by it. I’ve always followed thru with my all my goals
and plans, some worked, some didn’t. However, if I had never taken the risk, I wouldn’t have reaped the reward!

Nothing in life is easy. I have dedicated over 18 years of my life in the Real Estate Industry. I have made a ton of mistakes that I’ve learned from & never allowed the failures to stop me from reaching my full potential.

I overcame challenges by never giving up or losing confidence in myself. I’m determined to win and I’ve always kept that mentality and attitude. I’ve always kept a optimistic and positive mindset no matter what was happening in my life. I have always surrounded myself around people that I could learn from. Lastly, I’ve never allowed fear to hold me back from moving, pivoting or starting over.

The lessons I’ve learned throughout my career is to embrace change, get a Mentor and never stop learning,
I’ve also learned the importance of building relationships and networking. After all, Your Network determines your
Net- Worth.

I want the world to know that Nikki B. is the Rose That Grew From The Concrete.
She’s a Fearless Entrepreneur & Leader that’s faced her fair share of challenges, setbacks, and triumphs.
She’s never allowed anything or anyone to stand in her way and has always persevered!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take my best friend to the W Hotel in Scottsdale. We would check-in and get massages, rent a cabana and lounge by the pool. We would go to Fashion Square mall for some retail therapy followed by Happy Hour at Toca Madera. On Sunday, we would dine at Maple & Ash for brunch then have dinner on the rooftop of Dominick’s in North Scottsdale. We would be sure to checkout the pool parties and barhop in Old Town. The most exciting places in AZ to me is Scottsdale & North Scottsdale hands-down! It fits my vibe and is literally one of my favorite places in the US.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate my shout-out to Coleen Otero.
Coleen is the Founder of The CEO Chick Network, a non-profit
organization that I’ve been apart of for 7 years. The network equips
women in business women with the resources and tools needed to
operate a profitable business and she’s done that and more for me
and my business. Coleen has served as a Big Sister and Mentor to me,
continuously motivating me and praying for me. I’m forever grateful for
her leadership, encouragement and support.
