Meet Parisa Mansouri-Rad | President of Fourtwenty Collections & Co-Founder of Blunt Brunch

We had the good fortune of connecting with Parisa Mansouri-Rad and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Parisa, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Sounds cliche, but following my passion for this has helped me work twice as hard. When you find your “why” Nothing will stop you!
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I was honored to be named one of the most influential women in the country in 2021 by Women & Weed Magazine,
I’m also known as “The Marijuana Momma” and am a marketing executive and Cannabis advocate whose experience as the mom of a special needs child propelled me into the industry.
I helped produce the first-ever cannabis-inspired fashion line debuting at New York Fashion Week and is the co-founder of the popular Blunt Brunch event series receiving national acclaim.
I’m also the proud President of Fourtwenty collections, a minority female owned multi state edibles line and luxury CBD skincare line.
We are proud to provide products for our female consumers. And love that we have the only skinny (low sugar) gummy on the market.
I truly found my path in the industry thanks to the help of my support system, my mentors and my family.
It required me to volunteer some of my time initially to gain credibility and respect from the industry.
When I first started my journey I was “only” a mother of a child who was using cannabis.
I used our story and our voices to help educate about the plant and to help push legislation forward in our state.
I always share that I’m a patient advocate, first and foremost.
It’s been an exciting journey and I’m honored to be able to sit at the table amongst other strong inspirational executive Women in our industry via our Blunt Brunch events and Social’s monthly, and our National events that are held quarterly.
Although this industry has its ups and downs, along with it’s shady players, and challenges that come along with a quickly evolving industry, we’ve managed overcoming that by sticking together and creating a collaborative positive environment for our Blunt Brunchette’s by supporting one another.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I give all my success to my support system. First, my family for being so understanding of my hectic schedule and allowing me to travel and take time away from them,’to pursue my career dreams.
Next I wanna thank my mentor & business partner Marvina Thomas, for pushing me daily to think bigger. She has installed more courage in me, and has been the epitome of resilience in my mind. She is my literal daily motivation- and I love her dearly.
In addition, I want to thank Kim Prince,
Who’s been an additional mentor, colleague and friend to me. It’s important to have a sound support system in this industry.
I also want to thank my business partner with Blunt Brunch,
Adelia Carrillo. Thanks to her partnership we have been able to positively impact thousands of women in the cannabis space and have dreams of reaching even more in the years to come!! Stay tuned 🙂
