Hi Patty, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The food truck is my passion, I love to cook and please others.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I spent the last 26 years in real estate, the food truck is my semi retirement. My real estate career is still thriving with a great team that consists of my daughter and daughter in law.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I am a family oriented person so our week would probably consist of hanging out with family and cooking at home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My family is very supportive and helpful. I would not be anywhere without my children.
