Meet Rochelle Poulton: Attorney

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rochelle Poulton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rochelle, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
Working makes me happy. I am a bit of a workaholic and I like to be busy, it’s my happy place. I do enjoy downtime, playing the Sims, trivia, and Wizards Unite, and I enjoy a good happy hour but it all has to balance out. I love being in control of my own schedule and the freedom to work as much or as little as I like. Somedays I might work 14 hours straight but on a Friday I might only work 5 hours, this is the best part about being a business owner, especially one that enjoys working. I love the work I do, I love helping people, and especially those with debt and credit problems. I could talk all day about credit or debt, or both. It helps tremendously to have a great team, like the awesome team I have right now, and it makes working feel more like an accomplishment than work.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Arizona Credit Law Group, PLLC has come a long way over the years. I am most proud of our ability to navigate hurdles and continue to push forward and help people. We have a group of companies we work with to achieve our client’s goals: X FIRM, Parachute Bankruptcy, Next Level Debt Solutions, Silverbell Credit Repair, and Sunrise Student Loans. With our group of consumer rights-oriented businesses, we can help more clients, more efficiently. We formed these partnerships in early 2020 and it’s been exciting. We are also almost a year into our podcast, Lawgitimate hosted by Mike & Rochelle Poulton on Phoenix Business Radio X, sponsored by X FIRM and that has been a fun experience because we are able to reach more people and discuss a variety of legal topics.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
An ideal day in Phoenix needs to be on a Saturday, because of Brunch. The best brunch in Phoenix is at Hula’s Modern Tiki, starting the day with a mimosa and the island benedict is awesome. Then take a stroll through the Desert Botanical Garden and enjoy the beauty and incredible collection of desert plants. The afternoon should include a movie and lunch at AMC Dine In – Esplanade and some light shopping at Biltmore Fashion Park. I would end the day back at Hulu’s Modern Tiki for there happy hour.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to Shoutout to Mike Poulton, my amazing and supportive husband, Mike Poulton is Managing Partner at Poulton & Noroian in Phoenix, it is a small law firm that handles business representation, estate planning for farmers, and medical practice. We both own our own businesses and law practices so it’s nice to be able to talk shop and bounce ideas off of each other. I get his perspective on things like marketing, projections, finance, legal analysis, business advice, and the list just keeps going. Mike has been the most influential person in business, and obviously in my life.
