Hi Socorro, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My Husband (Miguel) and I (Socorro) immigrated to the US many years ago with big Hopes and Dreams of a better life.. That meant working hard and lots of Determination.. Through the years we have worked for many different people and places… Some were successful and some failed.. with that being said we took everything we had learned and just took a leap of faith!!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We face many Challenges.. Owning a Restaurant is more than just making food and taking good care of Costumers.. There is Permits, Licensing lots of Paperwork and we were not ready for all that since we don’t have a Business Background. Some days I do wonder how we made it happened. We had to adapt and learn as quick as we could.
I believe Persistence is a super power…

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We are Located in Buena Vista Colorado One of the most beautiful town in the US.
There is so much to do and discover..
Fishing Cottonwood Lake is amazing an Beautiful.

Atv’s 4 mile is the best

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our parents I believe that thought us that with Hard Work and Dedication you can achieve great thing in life!! Me are Mexican so giving up is not an Option..
