Hi Sophia, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success so far has been consistency paired with intention. I dont just focus on doing brows, I focus on building trust with every single woman that walks through my door. From the beginning, I committed to showing up every day, improving my skills, continuing my education, and creating an experience where my clients feel beautiful, confident, and cared for. Although it helps, I’ve learned that success isn’t about one viral moment or quick growth. it’s about staying disciplined, believing in your vision even when results are slow, being willing to grow through discomfort, and trusting that God will turn Blade Baby into something amazing not just for the women in my community, but for His good. That mindset is what allowed Blade Baby to become more than a service. It is a brand people connect with.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My professional journey is centered around building Blade Baby from the ground up. But what sets my business apart is the personalized care I give every client. There are no 2 sets of brows that are the same, so I focus on enhancing natural beauty while prioritizing brow health and long-term results. I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with clients who return month after month and believe in my work.

Building Blade Baby so far is not hard, but it requires a lot of patience and that part is not easy. I face uncertainty, slow growth, and moments of self-doubt. But i always remind myself about this one time that I prayed to God for clarity, asking Him to show me if Blade Baby was truly my path or if I was meant to walk away. That same night, I booked 15 appointments overnight. That moment reminded me that this wasn’t just a business. This is my purpose.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that consistency, faith, and patience create momentum. What I want the world to know is that Blade Baby was built with intention and belief. it’s about more than brows, it’s about confidence, growth, and trusting the journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting, I’d show them the best of Arizona! We’d go hiking to enjoy the views, go off-roading for that adrenaline rush and explore the amazing restaurants in Scottsdale. I love getting ready for 3 hours and trying the best restaurants around the area and everything in between. and maybe a little shipping in between all that.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First, I want to thank my mom and dad for being incredibly supportive of my dreams of becoming a successful business owner, and for opening their home to my clients while I am home-based. Their belief in me has meant more than words can express. I also want to thank my clients who choose me month after month. The trust they place in me to care for their brows truly means everything. Lastly, I want to give all the glory to God for placing the vision of Blade Baby on my heart and guiding me through my journey so far. I wouldn’t be here without His direction and wisdom.
