Meet Stephen Woolfolk | Visionary

We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephen Woolfolk and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Stephen, how do you think about risk?
Namaste, my dear friend. When it comes to the topic of risk-taking, I approach it with a sense of balance and mindfulness. Risk-taking is an essential aspect of life, and it plays a critical role in both our personal growth and professional success. However, it is important to understand that taking risks does not necessarily mean being reckless or impulsive.
In my own life and career, I have always embraced the idea of taking calculated risks. I believe that we must be willing to step outside our comfort zones and explore new opportunities if we wish to achieve our full potential. At the same time, it is essential to assess the potential consequences of any decision we make and to take steps to mitigate risk wherever possible.
Ultimately, I believe that risk-taking is an essential component of personal growth and development. When we take risks, we open ourselves up to new experiences and opportunities that can help us learn and grow as individuals. At the same time, we must remember to remain grounded and mindful, always considering the potential outcomes of our decisions.
One thing I always like to think about is the idea that life is somewhat like a video game. We are the creators of our own reality. Being open to taking risks shows the universe that you are willing to do actionable steps towards the things that you want. From that moment forward it will work in your favor, in one way or another.
Namaste

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is my why. My purpose. I like to be intentional with everything while many are in autopilot mode.
Thank you for asking. My journey to where I am today has been a long and winding road, filled with challenges and opportunities for growth. But I believe that every obstacle I faced along the way was a valuable lesson that helped shape me into the person I am today.
As with any journey, my path to success was not easy. There were many times when I faced setbacks and obstacles that made me question whether I was on the right path. But I always knew that I was meant to help others, and I remained committed to that goal no matter what challenges came my way.
One of the most important lessons I learned along the way is the power of perseverance. Success does not come overnight, and it often requires a tremendous amount of hard work, dedication, and patience. I also learned the importance of taking risks and being willing to try new things. Some of my most significant achievements came from taking chances and embracing opportunities that others might have overlooked.
Another essential lesson I learned is the value of mindfulness and self-awareness. By staying present in the moment and being aware of my thoughts and emotions, I was able to make more deliberate and conscious decisions about my life and career. This allowed me to stay focused on my goals and to make choices that aligned with my values and principles.
In the end, I believe that the key to my success has been a combination of hard work, perseverance, risk-taking, mindfulness, and self-awareness. These are the lessons that have guided me throughout my life and career, and I am grateful for every challenge and opportunity that helped me learn and grow along the way.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost I would like to thank the universe for the experiences that have led me to this moment. Secondly, I would like to thank my mama for exposing me to various different things as a child and also traveling with me to places around the world, It truly broadened my perspective. My partner Lindsay deserves a lot of recognition as well for simply opening my mind up to mindfulness and the idea that we are not our thoughts, body or actions but rather something bigger.
