Meet Tifanny Anton | Professional Organizer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tifanny Anton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tifanny, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
In 2013 while reading Real Simple Magazine I imagined myself organizing friends and families homes, not realizing home organizing was an actual profession. I have always loved organizing and coincidentally a month later a friend told me she was taking a job with home organizing company. I leapt at the chance to join the same company and instantly knew I had found the career I had always longed for. The salary was a bit less than I had hoped for, but I loved going to work everyday, helping others clear the clutter and find peace in their homes. Over the years I honed my skills and made numerous business connections with local home builders and interior designers. When the company I was working with made some changes to their business model, I knew it was time for me to take on clients of my own and start Let’s Organize AZ.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I love being a professional organizer! Organizing people’s homes is a passion and brings me so much joy. We need our homes to feel safe and give us calm from the outside world. Coming home to your house that is cluttered and overrun by “stuff” is overwhelming. It makes people anxious and stops them in their tracks. Having an outside perspective can make all the difference and launch families in the right direction.

When I come in, I can see past the clutter, past the piles and create a space that is orderly, efficient and free of chaos. I set up organized systems that the entire family can follow and maintain. When our homes are cluttered and chaotic we can only see the mess. We don’t know what we have and this leads to overbuying, stress, anger and discouragement.

Some people are very apprehensive to ask for help. Inviting a stranger into your home can be daunting, but there is NEVER any judgement on my part! I am excited to dive-in, sort out the areas and design new ways to keep homes organized. Life is busy. We all are doing our very best each day. I want clients to know I am here to help, and I will find a way to clear the clutter and get their homes organized.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There is so much to do in AZ. In the summer we like to visit Flagstaff, Prescott or Sedona to escape the Valley heat. But year-round we take friends to Top Golf, the Aquarium, watch the Cardinals, D-Backs or Suns games. Eating at Ajo Al’s or Postino is a must, and hiking Camelback or Tom’s Thumb is a great way to enjoy the Arizona weather.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My parents have been my biggest supporters my entire life. Their advise, direction, encouragement and unconditional love have helped me grow and become the person I am today. Plus my daughter Kate is truly the love and light in my life and her encouragement, love and support is what keeps me going each and every day!
